I m quite annoyed that you are asking for a review and I need to share please write your reservation number or your full name in the comment It s irrelevant and I d like to keep my privacy from other people who can see the reviews The car was great and big and good price The child seat was dirty The speed of service from airport pickup was confusing could have had someone wait for us if they knew my flight details in advance The drop off was super smooth and very polite and fast I booked the car through Expedia paid for it and the child seat and the insurance only to find out at your office that I needed to pay another insurance I don t need to pay for child seat And what I needed to pay was written on a piece of paper felt dodgy as if prices changed from customer to customer Even if it is Expedia it is your company s responsibility to make it clear with Expedia and the customers what is included what will happen how much you need to pay etc So excellent car but poor service overall

Good and bad experienced
I rented Peugeot for 7days from 24th Feb to 2ndMarch 2024 Pick up the car at the airport from the lady at the office Generally the lady is not friendly and very reluctant to answer my question Upon handing over the key she was in the rush n told me she has another customer to take care but saw her sitting at her office with no customer after handed over the key to me The car has problem less than 24hours whilst I was on the way at the highway The car was replaced by another type of car and thereafter has no problems The person whom I met for the replacement of car was friendly and good exchanged of informations Returned the car was very smoothy done Thank you very much for the person who handled the car upon returning the car He was very professional Hope that he can be a good example for the company on his professionalism and good behaviour Also hope that the lady who handle me during pick up able to learn from him especially on her attitude Thank you
