All was good

All was grand service and car condition the only problem is that they have stopped taking cash for payment

All things about the car were great except for one concern that the car i rented did not have a spare tire that i can use in case of having flat tire

The experience was very positive good price nice car smooth check-in and quick and friendly check out It would have been a 5 stars if the check in lady was a bit more kind Anyway recommended

The car was good kia creed Customer service also good I think the price is little bit expensive Also the hold deposit is still didn t back to me 100 euro-- Update When I compare the other companies prices I found KW is the best price also I am sure this is not the last time to rent a car with KW cuz I have plan to visit budabest on my next plan with my family 7 person and we may take 2 car from KW

Good service Car in perfect conditions Kind people The only issue is that being in Hungary we were not attended in hungarian lenguage but english

Third time I ve used Klasswagen

Third time I ve used Klasswagen Most of the service was excellent as usual I just had two small issues this time Airport pickup and waiting in line to do paperwork on collection took a long while about 1 hour 30 minutes As I had a very short trip this was not ideal Also my deposit of 100 euros was taken from my bank and is still not yet refunded over two weeks later This has created a slight problem for me I hope next time with Klasswagen I will not have these small problems The service when I did get to the collection counter was excellent and the staff member refunded the Satnav costs which I had paid for and which she said I didn t need to pay This tells me Klasswagen are honest and I will definitely use them again

Klasswagen experience

We have a very good experience with the company The onla thing which disturb me he says thet the price will be in Euro and they took a Forint exchange rate which is not a realistic rate for a credit card So we had to pay 20 more at the end I wanted to pay it from Germany but we did not get information about the Bank account Maria Edit Molnarne JobbagyBUD-139715849454

Excellent service and vehicles - would definitely use again

Very efficient service from pick up at airport to handover of car and this was matched when returning the car at the end of the higher period The car was in excellent condition although we noted later when the sun was lower that the inside of the windscreen needed to be cleaned This was the only fault I found with the car The only negative comment I have would relates to the emphasis on additional insurance This would have doubled the cost of the car hire To suggest a hirer would be charged for a stone chip for example is a bit ott I did not opt for this and the car was handed back without damage

Web page not perfect

In general very good service The only minus is some wrong information on the web page I do not like to use credit card The web page states that it is mandatory That is not the case cars can be rented with a debit card if certain conditions are met I got very friendly and clear answer concerning this but the web page misleads it this particular case

They freeze 100 euros deposit and said

They freeze 100 euros deposit and said I will get back couple days after when i bring back the car 30 days later still didn t receive back any money and they doesn t understand what happened So 100 euros just gone somewhere and looks like never get back
