The worst customer service experience I

The worst customer service experience I have ever experienced I ordered bikinis well ahead of my trip and found that they had emailed me a few days later saying they were holding my order until they had heard from me as they wanted to check sizes were accurate Some might think this is great but I am not not going to get my bikinis in time for my trip Very very annoyed what a ridiculous policy I won t be shopping from them again

Bad service The chance that swimsuits will fit right away is very small That s why I ordered several models hoping that something would fit I ordered 4 items none of which fit They were new collection items but because I used a discount code I can t get my money back now I am now forced to choose something else I m afraid I won t fit anything It is not indicated in the shopping cart I should have read the fine print but you assume that web shops apply realistic conditions also stupid of this webshop because they are now getting more and more bad reviews like this I lost 180

I was hoping to spend more money on

I was hoping to spend more money on bikinis for better quality but I was very wrong I sized up based on reviews and it was still way too small I m a medium but have to order an XXL in order for this expensive bathing suit to fit The bottoms are way too low rise But the material was very nice The cherry on top was being charged 10 when I returned the bathing suit Horrible company

REFUND SCAM

The bikini itself ran very small so I returned the bikini The slip said there was a 5 return handling fee and the bikini cost 85 so I was expecting a 80 refund Instead I received 60 and the company have said they don t refund duties but the product was returned Never experienced this before AVOID

Awful quality awful customer service Won t exchange the bikinis I bought because I got them on sale even though I want to exchange due to false advertising they are not a supportive bikini at all Fabric quality is just horrible Awful awful awful company

I was so so tempted to order from this company love the look of the bikinis and matching mens looks super cute But unfortunately I saw here that there actually based in Australia which the website says uk and co uk Which was my first red flag then I saw that if you used any discount codes they don t do refunds only exchange second red flag the 3rd is that if you are eligible for exchange you then have to return them to Australia and pay a lot And they don t refund on the taxes I think they should definitely change this if there wanting any customers sounds like a scam

Australian Company- don t refund or exchange on any sale items Purchase from their instagram took me straight to their website There was no indication these were coming from across seas Their sale items had no red message or warning to state they re non refundable despite this being a UK online law Their final sale items are still upwards of 60 for a set I purchased different size bottoms to try on when they arrived and they will not refund despite me emailing and stating that this was no made clear on their website I was met with a complete block and lack of acknowledgment and instead was told that this info is there Which it is if you look for it I now have 2 very expensive bikinis that don t fit 2 odd pairs of bikini bottoms and they all are a poor fit and look nothing like their social media posts

Great if you want a bikini you can t swim in sunbathe in can only hand wash with no soap then dry in a dark room of course read the care instructions absolutely ridiculous Then even after you ve followed all these instructions they still only last 2 - 3 wears if you re lucky
