Purchased a pair of UGG Tasmans for a Christmas gift At first the process seemed very well structured After a week of no item I found out that the item had been shipped back due to somehow having an incomplete delivery address I ve tried numerous times to get in contact via email but no response as I wanted to re purchase to make it in time for Christmas The tracking number shows they were received back on the 7th of December their end but still not refund

Ordered some Uggs which arrived with a small but noticeable hole in the material on the top of one of the boots I contacted them straight away and was asked to send a number of pictures which was fine and then they tried to tell me that it is normal to expect imperfections with Ugg s due to the way that they are made I have been wearing Uggs for years and usually buy directly from them they didn t have my size this time and have never had any issues like that They then charged me 9 to return the item even though it was faulty I wish I could upload a picture on here as the photos clearly show a hole in the material

I am still trying to get help to return an item and it has been over a week The policy asks to promptly put through any return requests within a certain time frame however the company does not adhere to their own rules Really disappointed with the aftercare service

Pair of sneaker came without the extra laces and I weren t allowed to return because I have already worn them since they took longer than 48hrs to reply to my email

Arrived in battered used box took 2 5 weeks

It took 2 5 weeks for my order to be delivered which is too long when the product was supposed to be coming from the UK When it arrived the Adidas trainers were in a used battered box stuck together with sellotape I spent 160 on these trainers so I would expect a new box better presentation a more timely delivery I wont be buying from Laced again Thanks

Return process too clunky not worth the hassle

Item received fine hence 2 stars however we needed a bigger size but the hoops you have to jump through to return an item really makes the whole thing unbearable It isn t an automated process like most websites and furthermore they also deduct a 9 return postage fee that was not mentioned when I requested the refund Not worth the hassle for me personally

Order hasn t arrived

I ve used this site before and been really happy however I ordered a pair of Ugg Tazz platforms over a week ago and haven t as yet had any follow up emails that you usually receive They were supposed to have been delivered today according to the one and only email I received to confirm order The Royal Mail person has been and gone with no delivery from Laced I wouldn t mind but the shoes were expensive as is the postage
