Marking up prices to rip you off

It s all about supply and demand but sticking 90 on the RRP just because you hold stock where many others don t is poor poor form Especially at Christmas Calculated and cynical dedication to profiteering Having said that order fulfilled swiftly and delivery was efficient

This is my first time using Laced and

This is my first time using Laced and I m not best pleased The shoes I ordered arrived today with a sticky stain on the back Nike logo and both ticks had Been bent outwards to stick out on both shoes Not what I would have expected especially as they go through some sort of quality control

All is not lost- you can recover from the Laced experience

All is not lost Laced is quite straightforward about the way in which it trades and the problem arises in most cases because of the short time given to return the goods However all is not lost You can enter the same market as Laced We did this and recouped the money spent I urge all affected to do the same by using online sites such as Vinted on ebay

Shoes as expected but shipping was poor

They keep you up to date with emails of where the shoes are but mine got stuck at on the way and no indication of when or where they re coming from in the end it was luck that I had to manually check where they had been delivered and it was a UPS access point I paid 7 99 for shipping to my address which was labelled over They can certainly do better here

Not the greatest

Trainers arrived without any issues but the box was old and damaged and the tissue paper inside was torn and not original After paying out 190 well over the RRP for a present I was expecting better from laced Also the description was wrong and it stated black and white but actually pearlescent After reading other reviews regarding getting refunds I ve decided to take it as a lesson learnt and will not be back in the future

Ordered some Air Jordan s as a present

Ordered some Air Jordan s as a present to my daughter The box was battered and clearly not new Although the trainers themselves looked in good condition overall there was what looked like a muddy scuff on the heel of each trainer I managed to remove it with a soft cloth and some water but still not what I was expecting to have to do The inspection stage of the ordering process is a farce I wouldn t use Laced again

Think wisely before you buy from them poor return policy

We bought a pair of Nike Jordans over Xmas As you can imagine not cheap The trainers look great but our son no longer wants them as so many counterfeit versions of these Sadly Laced only offer 14 days return policy so I would recommend you make sure you know what you want as selling them back we lose 150 off the prices thats a pretty hefty margin Won t be using Laced again

Somewhat Scrooge-like

Somewhat Scrooge-like I ordered a pair of Ugg slippers as a Christmas present for my granddaughter - in good time - and therein lies the problem Unfortunately time seems to be of the essence since Laced is saying that I failed to meet their time period for returning goods something that was not possible in the light of the date of the arrival of the slippers and of Christmas Day I can understand this policy in normal times but it would seem reasonable to allow a little flexibility at this time of the year The product is satisfactory I all respects save size

Customer services very slow

Customer services are very slow to reply They warn you that they might take 48 hours to respond but when you ve ordered an expensive product that you have a problem with it seems like a very long time to wait for a reply Most on line retailers react in a fraction of this time

I ordered something on Thursday and received my order confirmation but when I try and trace my order nothing shows Really worried incase iteam done turn up before Christmas as paid alot of money and after reading reviews from others I was hopefuly I would be kept in the loops alone the way
