Hello The trainers were perfect however

Hello The trainers were perfect however the box was damaged This may not mean much to some people but I keep my trainers mint and boxed after wearing them Too much hassle to return and re order so yes disappointed especially as they cost 230 quid They have replied a couple of times via email and I have sent photo s of damaged box but all I keep getting is can you send us pictures of the trainers even though I said at the beginning the trainers were fine

I would strongly recommend staying away from these guys - It s not worth the hassle They state deliver 1 week - Charged me 10 00 - Item received 1 week later Also the customer service is poor - They will respond with a generic copy paste message and totally ignoring what you are telling them They will charge you again for sending the items back - Not worth the hassle - Stay away Also Iv purchased this item 1 month ago and it s not that Iv had this issue last week - Iv been constantly battling with them for a month now

AVOID AVOID AVOID RIP OFF COMPANY Do not buy from this company they said they sent my order it never arrived its been since Nov 2023 they said they would investigate that would tale up to 4 weeks its been almost 4 months and nothing customer service is so bad don t trust them I also have friends who bought from them and had terrible experience It s shocking how they have no respect for the buyer My girlfriend paid in good faith amd received nothing 400 in the bin she saved up for these trainers how disgusting is LACED for not sorting this out and ignoring her emails

Very poor customer service Received shoes with a fault The leather loses color through wear Worn once for 2 hours and the leather is white instead of black Laced answers only because they were worn they can not do anything In such a case they should respond to the customer and help Sad and disappointing Paid expensive money and got a defective shoe and no refund Big rip-off

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son s birthday They failed the authentication therefore laced stated they was going to issue a refund This should take 5 to 10 working days it has now been 11 days and I haven t heard nothing from them with no money and I have had to re-order another pair of shoes

Shocking Ordered trainers for my daughters birthday no order confirmation sent There is no telephone number you can contact only an email which took 3 days to be responded to Only to be told thissorry for the delay and the inconvenience caused I ve looked into this and I can see that the original seller couldn t fulfil the order due to an issue We ve connected you to a new seller of the same item at no additional cost However this will extend your order processing time by a few days It was my daughters birthday so she didn t receive her present and I am still no further with a delivery date

I do give only one star as the carriage

I do give only one star as the carriage charge is ridiculous - because of that i will never use this website again You charge for delivery and return each way 9 99 so is around 20 in total When I have asked if I could return my order all in one box instead of 3 boxes which would be cheaper I have been told no Sorry
