Currier change or option to select currier

Would be nice to get goods delivered by reliable courier I have missed the delivery went to next door for 5 minutes That was disappointing the delivery man never called After couldn t get hold of this company to collect from their hub place storage etc we have post office next door too it wasn t dropped there either So waited another few days to get it The main concern is that this parcel was a gift and plan was to present it by 27th December The parcel delivered on 28th it was late because person left country

Damaged box

I payed alot of money for these trainers it was a present for my daughter I had no problem with the trainers they where great but the box was damaged NOT nice if your giving has a present I mean you pay so much for delivery and get a damaged box which was very disappointed unfortunately

Product page said next day delivery but wasn t clear on process of authentication still needing to be done Shows looked new maybe no paper stuffing inside the shoes Box looked generic rather than specific to the shoes I think they re authentic just a bit untidy

Overall good but it costs a lot in postage 9 99 to send then a further 8 99 to return which kind of makes the prices average for the market Will probably still to retailers as it s an easy cheaper buying returning process Laced however is a good company and I had no problems with them The item was too big so had no choice but to use the return process

Quick response re problem

Quick response re problem still awaiting for this to be rectified and to be refunded which can be up to 30 days Paid over the price for trainers as sold out else where and daughters birthdayRoyal Mail was courier which I had the pleasure of paying 9 99 delivery to leave parcel outside of my property in a community corridor as I live in a block of flats which I did not state at any time for parcel not to be there when arrived home a GPS received from Royal Mail with a photo showing the parcel left outside a property in a community corridor is not sufficient Also would like to state no one was at home as attended a birthday meal in a near by town even attached proof of reservation in email to confirm this So now know trainers a unhappy child and no refund to purchase alternative

Good for sold out shoes but return policy is a pain

Bought from them a couple of items and they are pretty good when it comes to sold out shoes but return policy is so difficult having to send several pictures and then deducting several things off my refund which doesn t state on return policy They will keep saying the delivery fee and return fee are not refundable which is acceptable but made up a 5 pounds buyer fee

I was only updated about my order up until authentication No shipping details was sent to me and I wasn t even sent an email saying that my order had been delivered It was delivered to my sister and she didn t notify me so I just thought my package went missing This stressed me out quite a bit since my order was over 300

Jordan 4 s

Really disappointed with the condition of the box which was battered after paying over 400 for a pair of brand new shoes These are a present for my son s 18th birthday and he really looks after his shoes and always keeps them in the box so I would of expected a perfect box given the price paid

The shoes were great but box was not

The shoes were great but they were bought as a gift Se when paying soo much money you would expect the box to be in better condition If the box isn t in a good condition like I received i feel as though I shouldn t have to pay the full price where someone would pay the same and receive them in better condition
