Excellent Customer Service from Cindy

Excellent Customer Service I was looking for this particular pair of trainers for my partners birthday gift but they were sold out everywhere I managed to find them on Laced The day I ordered them my partner told me he was buying his trainers a size bigger Panic ensued and I had to contact Laced support to see if I could change the size Cindy from Support contacted me and was so helpful in getting the item returned and refunded so I could order them again in the right size The second pair failed authentication which proves they are not just selling on fake stuff and Cindy emailed me to explain what had happened They refunded me immediately and I placed another order Cindy has kept me informed every step of the way with constant updates The trainers are on their way to me now and I am very relieved because my partner is going to be so surprised and extremely happy Thank you Laced and particularly Cindy for a great service Will definitely buy from Laced again Highly recommend

Nice experience I will buy again from Laced First I thought it s scam but then I realize that Laced it not the main seller what is important is that they check the authenticity of the products so I imagine they will never send a fake product Don t panic if will take a bit longer than expected it s just for check authenticity of products At least I m happy is not scam Is true I would prefer PayPal like way to pay but is ok any other way to pay as long as you know you ll receive an authentic product

I ordered a pair of runners for my daughter for an event After placing my order and paying I realised they wouldn t arrive in time I emailed customer service and they couldn t have been more helpful I received a full refund within a few days
