AVOID AVOID Ordered a pair of shoes which were the smallest 9 s I ve ever tried Sent back for a full refund as wording states on website and NOTHING Being told new website and warehouse move is causing delays which is an excuse Cheap plastic shoes and extremely poor customer service

Terrible customer service

Accidentally ordered a pair of shoes when I was looking at the delivery and payment options Figured I could just cancel and refund then order again when I m ready I sent 3 emails before the shoes were sent for delivery but they sent them anyway without a single response to my emails I made a claim with Paypal but they didn t actually respond other than tracking info when the shoes arrived couldn t do anything further than that Shipping was fast but do not expect them to help if a mistake comes up

not reliable

I have bought shoes from lamoda twice and both times ive had bad experiences first time the shoes were absolutely stunning fit well but after wearing them once the entire platform and sole came away and were completely unwearable then i bought the wide fit knee high boots for my birthday did not fit around my calves even slightly im a size 12uk in trousers so my legs really arent that wide returned them with all the information inside but they have somehow managed to lose my parcel and are unable to do anything other than launch an investigation i used the return portal on their website for evri which was over 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done avoid

THE WORST PURCHASE EVER

My experience with Lamoda is the worst experience I have ever made in my life with a shop online Terrible assistance terrible support and worst refund and return methods ever Long waiting times to get answers helpless answers They told me that the delivery would be done in time but the same delivery day they notified me that would delivered ten days later After days of complaints they refunded me but never gave me back money for a deliver NEVER done 13 99 to have the package in 3-5 days with a expected delay more than the the time required My recommendation Use a trusted site like Zalando ASOS ecc if you want more competence

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service Recieved the wrong shoes that were too small returned them on the same day of delivery and 20 days later still no response from customer service about my refund Had one email asking for order number and returns slip which I emailed back to them but still nothing Awful awful Completely different to the past when I had shoes from them that were great

Ordered a pair of wide calf boots

Ordered a pair of wide calf boots now unless your stick thin I m a size 12 and they wouldn t even go up half way so I ordered 2 pairs of shoes meant to be dispatched and delivered 1-2 days and not even been dispatched 3-4 days later

Customer service is not great at all

Avoid this company It was my first time ordering from this website and I ve not had a good experience at all Ordered shoes about two weeks ago haven t received them yet or any updates yesterday I emailed them to see what s going on and they said that there was a technical error and an error in my address my address was correct then they asked me to verify and send my details to them again name address etc I wasn t aware that there was even an issue with any of this since they didn t let me know so if I didn t email them asking where my order was I wouldn t have gotten anything from them or even an explanation fair enough if there has been an error but I think they could have at least let me know Right now I am still waiting for the shoes to arrive they said in the email they sent me they will ship them in 1-2 days so I am still waiting now and absolutely no updates and it s been 1 day Hopefully I do receive my order but who knows at this point I will just wait and see If I don t receive it at all I will ask for a refund although I can imagine getting a refund from them won t be the easiest

Disgusted is not the word

Disgusted is not the word Bought from lamoda a few times before with no issue This time I got their screamin out loud shoes which I was in LOVE with After receiving them and wearing them a measly three times half of the spikes on the shoes had completely popped off I didn t want a refund as I genuinely loved the way they looked I used lamoda s contact us page on their website and left a message explaining the situation and asked if they could even send me some spare spikes I offered to pay postage and I had no problem gluing them back onto the shoes myself The spikes pop into place on the shoe there is no adhesive holding them in place initially hence why they popped off so quickly I have sent numerous emails numerous messages on their contact us page and have even messaged their instagram account but their customer service is non-existent I d rather they just tell me outright that they can t help me rather than completely ignoring my many attempts at contacting I paid like 60 for shoes that were of such poor quality that they were unwearable after 3 wears I left a negative review on their website under the screamin out loud shoes warning people about the poor quality and they deleted it Not a very honest company if they are PURPOSELY trying to hide negative reviews

Careful

Careful I ordered like 100 on shoes in November Beautiful but they didn t fit too tight around ankles so I sent them back I still haven t got my refund Still Customers service is slow and keeps repeating the same questions suspiciously back and forth Makes me worried this company isn t legit Still fighting for my refund

Worst experience ever AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Firstly I ordered a size 8 then I received a size 5 Contacted them they said no problem we will send out correct size 2 days later was told it would be a 2-3 month wait for the size 8 did I want to choose a different style for the same price I choose a new style they arrived but didn t fit despite saying 8 on the sole they fit more like a size 6 so I sent them back Well 24 days later and finally getting a refund but guess what They take 2 99 for the returns label despite having been messed around by the company multiple times I would honestly not use this company and I will never use it again
