Horrible customer service

The shoes look great The issue is the order got lost and took more than a month to arrive instead of 3-6 business days Not only that but I had to send 100 emails to get a reply Will not be buying again

I purchased a pair of their wide fit

I purchased a pair of their wide fit boots and they are indeed not wide fit they fit my feet but I couldn t even zip them up The quality is nice and boots are beautiful But sadly I will be returning them

I thought these would be high quality

I thought these would be high quality boots and my chain on my shoes broke 2 hrs after I wore them I am highly disappointed

Dissapointed

After seeing lamoda shoes on instagram everyday i finally decided to buy 2 pair of boots there I even paid 16 99 extra to have it delivered within 1-2 business days because it looked like a well put together store through their social media Well I ordered the shoes on october 22 so i could wear them for halloween its november 3 now and i still havent recieved them I send an email on oct 26 which i recieved a reply on on the 28th which said i could recieve an email within a few hour with updates about my order Still haven t recieved it At this point i almost dont want the boots anymore because I ve read alot of reviews about this site with the same complaints as me They do not deliver within the days of the chosen delivery methods they do not give you feedback on your orders and you have to chase them to finally get a reply back I am honestly rather dissapointed because i really thought lamoda would be a good site to buy boots on because of all the socialmedia posts

Shoes fell apart 2 times

I have bought three different pairs of shoes from this company The first two pairs I purchased were pretty sturdy and lasted me a while The first pair I purchased began to split up the middle of the platform after roughly a year of wear but I do a lot of walking so I just attributed it to that The pair I have most recently purchased the Love Radar Chunky Platform Wedge Boots are quite literally the worst pair of shoes I have ever purchased Not only are they extremely uncomfortable and hard to keep balance in but within two weeks of having the pair the platform completely separated from the base of the shoe making them unwearable I reached out to customer service who immediately sent me a new pair which is the only reason they are getting two stars and after another 2 weeks of wear the platform is separating from the base again DO NOT buy this particular pair of shoes They honestly are not worth the money but I got them on sale for like 30 so I am not that peeved Definitely not worth the full price of 105

Don t buy

Order a pair of shoes in size 10 for Black Friday with next day shipping Understand that was unlikely but queried about delivery around a week after Said they d find out about my order in a few hours Now weeks without a response Don t buy as they will most likely scam As of January I have had a refund processed but it still took roughly around three months for this to happen My shoes were out of stock and was originally offered store credit but no other shoes were in my size I was finally offered a refund If anyone else is going through the same process keep being persistent with customer support and hopefully you will get a refund

I still haven t received a refund 6

I still haven t received a refund 6 weeks after posting my item back I reached out to them to check they had received my return and they confirmed they had and that the refund would be issued Reached out again a few weeks later and they said they would check when the refund would come through Still no refund I don t think I m getting it back The reason I gave two stars instead of one is because the shoes themselves were quite nice just didn t fit

Misleading and poorly sized

Ordered some knee-high and thigh-high boots I was offered 1-2 day shipping for an extra 5 but it took 3 days Not that big of a deal but still a little misleading The main problem was once I got the boots they were sized terribly I don t have large calves by any means and I couldn t get the shoes zipped past my calves at all Even my super skinny little sister had a hard time So I go to return it and it turns out they don t offer free returns for anyone outside the UK I have to make my own shipping label to send it back for a refund

ordered on the 5th of december

ordered on the 5th of december dispatched on the 7th and according to parcelforce have been in delivery country since the 12th i was hoping to get them before christmas but they still haven t arrived and its the 30th emailed customer service no reply but an automated message i want my money back avoid at all costs

Never received a refund

Never received a refund sent an email and first they said they are going to update me on the progress and this never happened Sent another email in meantime and no response at all It s been longer than a month now Absolutely dissapointed
