There is no update where my packet is Its been already 6days its going dark and darker everyday and I have no clue when will I get my roof light Much frustrating

Late and wrong item delivered case number 04702505

As part of kitchen renovation I ordered the item 9627383 on 4th April and in the website it said the delivery takes between 3 - 6 working days That was good timing for the renovator However the shipment arrived on 18th April and caused the renovation to delay for one more week The other bad thing is that I received completely different item 9621467 I sent a request online to do a replacement of the correct item and then called the customer support I asked him if they could send the correct one now because I should not wait more and the renovation is delayed they said this is a request that needs an approval and can take up to one month Then I asked them to change the request to refund instead of replacement and I will order the correct one again and they said that it can not be done now They will check when I return the item and see Now the correct item is out of stock and the renovation is not complete Total disappointment

Ordered a lamp which was in stock with a confirmation of 3-5 days for delivery Still after 7 days no information about when I can expect to have it delivered Customer service have no answers they will look into the issue and come back within 3 days

Not able to return a defective product

Have ordered ceiling lights with remote control Lights were not responding to remote Called customer care and they advised me to return both ceiling lights as they don t have loose parts to rectify defects For returning these articles I need a return slip and I have been waiting for this return slip from customer service for last two weeks with no response even after multiple calls and mail reminders I cannot initiate a return from return portal as I have another ongoing return already initiated with same invoice and it s not allowing me to add new articles nor initiate new return for the invoice I called customer service but they said they can t initiate a return slip nor could cancel the ongoing return And only solution is to wait for some other team to provide me with return slip Highly disappointed with the customer service

Sent the order with wrong label address

Sent the order with wrong label address so the package got in return and never got to me I ve spoken with the transport companies and they ve said that the shipping label is incorrect which was the reason I did not recieve my package
