Excellent surveying company would highly recommend They attended the property within just a few days and I received the report with a few days too The report was very detailed with lots of photos which was very useful This is the most detailed homebuyers survey we have ever had done Very reasonable price too thank you

Efficient and Affordable

I rang around a few local surveyors and they were all charging ridiculous prices when I compared the price to Landview they tried to give the spiel that they would be incompetent but couldn t be further from the truth I found them highly efficient trustworthy and kept me up to date the whole way through The survey was also very thorough and luckily we have been in a position to talk through the issues with the owner of our purchase home to resolve most of them Overall a very positive experience and would highly recommend

Great very professional and comprehensive report - which is easily comprehendible

I d highly recommend them without hesitation and even though they are on the expensive side but their quality speaks for itself and they are great value for money They did a very comprehensive report for a house I ve put an offer on and they provided plenty of pictures to explain the various aspects and risks and it was very thorough The service is pretty quick of great quality and very reliable

I was very happy with the report that Ashley produced for me Plenty of photos and inspected all of the aspects of the property that he was able to access The results are graded in a traffic light fashion and the report was presented in such a way as to make any urgent issues easily identifiable I had requested a Level 2 Homebuyer survey and found Landview Surveyors to be very competitive on pricing for this type of survey I would also recommend Karla as she is very good at communicating with clients and liaising with the estate agent to arrange suitable survey times and dates Good service all round

Great service and thorough report

The service was excellent Karla was incredibly responsive and when I said I ve received a slightly cheaper quote she offered me that quote too We spoke on the phone on the Friday and the survey was booked on the Monday morning The report by Andrew Doherty was ready on Friday and it was incredibly thorough and clear I would definitely recommend them
