Leo Horsfield are an excellent practice made up of friendly and approachable staff I instructed them to undertake a level 3 survey of a property ahead of a prospective purchase The report produced was comprehensive and written in plain English so anyone could understand the results Most impressively Leo called me upon completion of the on-site survey to raise his most pressing concerns This call saved weeks of conveyancing as I was able to get ahead of the curve and ultimately save thousands in legal fees The report was issued ahead of schedule following the on-site survey Ultimately the advice of Leo Horsfield Surveying prevented me from purchasing a property with significant structural issues that were not declared by the seller Strongly recommended
