Excellent service Would recommend this companyy

Very pleased with the service this company provided An email was sent after the survey with a summary of what work needed to be done on the property A few days later we received a full detailed report which we found very helpful

This was a brilliant service

This was a brilliant service I chose the cheapest quote but found that I certainly did not get cheap service The survey was done in good time and I received an e-mail straight away with the result detailing the major issues The full report was received soon after I found this extremely useful and the comments made were sensible and constructive The large number of photos were a bonus The surveyor himself was extremely helpful When I subsequently contacted him about issues that may not even have been in his remit he replied by return I would whole heartedly recommend to friends and family

Desktop Valuation

Spoke to many of the staff at Leo Horsfield Surveying all of which have giving me an exemplary service as due to problems with a Target Help2buy application I required an additional Desktop Valuation which though I had pay a further amount they sorted this out to me and sent it to me very promptly to which I m extremely grateful I would definitely recommend them to all friends and family More like 10 out of 10

Highly recommended

Leo Horsfield came recommended by a friend who had bought a period property in Brighton As we are not local we felt more confident with a personal recommendation than using surveyors suggested by the seller s estate agent LH undertook an extremely thorough and detailed survey of the property and were clear in talking through all the pros and cons of the property what future maintenance work we could expect to encounter etc They were knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with Would highly recommend them in turn

Would highly recommend LHS

Great communication from start to finish Had been let down a couple of times by an initial surveyor- wish I went with LHS to begin with Was kept up to date with regards to survey date and had a phone call from the surveyor after he had been to the property Very in depth survey report much more than what I was expecting Thank you so to everyone involved

The survey was thorough and clear

The survey was thorough and clear We received an email update over the weekend with a summary of the main points before receiving the full survey later in the week our survey was done on a Friday We didn t receive a call on that Friday which had been mentioned but that also didn t cause us any issues and we appreciated the surveyor emailing over the weekend Would recommend

Excellent service I had to use second time Survey was sent by surveyor informing me of any changes I should take note of earlier than expected and within a couple of days full report was sent Pleased with service

Very efficient managed to do the survey

Very efficient managed to do the survey within a few days of my requesting it Gave a good follow up call after the survey had been done The two questions that I had after the survey re drainage and the age of the property they couldn t answer But other than that the survey was done efficiently and competently

My POC has always been prompt to reply and he answered every single question clearly and exhaustively The survey and the report were arranged quickly and delivered on time The surveyor was super friendly and available to get through the report for any doubts I might have had I warmly suggest them because of their good quality service for a decent price I might contact them again in the future for further quotes

Very professional from start to finish

Very professional from start to finish Had never used the company before but I would highly recommend them Surveyor provided feedback via email before the report was available and made himself available to discuss on the phone
