There is nothing personalized about this app It is entirely machine-driven zero human contact There is no way to say none of the above There is no way to say this is not the help I want They send equipment I don t need I already have a scale blood pressure cuff activity tracker and food tracker My tracker apps work better than Lark s built-in versions The most annoying part is the phony dialogue that dictates my answers in ridiculous forms such as Woo I really do not want a machine that speaks like an idiot Even cancelling the account is a major pain I can t believe my insurance company is paying money for this There must be alternatives out there that actually help

Lark works with participating insurance plans My insurance covers the program and I was eligible to enroll If you don t have a participating insurance plan you WILL NOT be able to enroll It is not a scam
