Shocking

I have been buying from Latest in Beauty on and off for a number of years Last year I signed up for their monthly subscription box The first couple of months were fine However month by month the offerings were getting poorer I finally made a selection towards the end of the month only to receive what they describe as a surprise box which is basically stuff that no one wants I questioned what had happened and was given the standard response which meant I had to return the unwanted and not chosen goods to them for a refund at my own expense They subsequently debited another months subscription from my bank account which they have refunded I sent the unwanted goods back have since heard nothing No refund has been forthcoming I have emailed them again to be sent a standard we ll get back to you response I won t be buying from them again There are far better offerings available now

Error ridden site means I cannot order my subscription box

Through absolutely no fault of my own I was unable to order my June box that had been paid for Taylor offered no solution and seemed to think it was OK to repeatedly fob me off This web site and its web team are a constant source of technical issues

Shocking customer service - won t be ordering again

Really disappointed with the customer service of Latest in Beauty A box I d ordered arrived damaged due to one of the full sized products leaking entirely more than half the contents rendered unusable - and they refused to give a full refund Only a partial refund or replacement products for two items Approx 5 95 when I paid 35 for the box It wouldn t have done any harm for them to offer a full refund and keep a happy customer - but instead they made the whole process a complete nightmare Not the customer service you expect nowadays Apparently because I didn t send comprehensive photos I thought the ones I sent were good enough it was enough to disbelieve my complaint I will never be ordering from Latest in Beauty again - up until now I have been an incredibly happy and repeat customer

Zero customer service

The products are good value but customer service is zero My box had a missing item Any other company would respond immediately and sort out the error and be reachable by phone but a full day after my email 2 days ago informing them I received the message Your request is being reviewed by a member of the Customer Service team who will typically respond within 3 working days It s really not good enough in this day and age and just adds insult to injury showing a complete disregard for customer care Update 9 days after I raised the issue of the missing item they are finally sending it It s not even being sent next day delivery and with no extra as an apology I think the company don t need to try any more as they have a captive audience Very very disappointed

Don t bother getting the monthly

Don t bother getting the monthly subscription boxes each month They charged me twice in one month for two boxes I thought it was meant to be every month When I asked to cancel subscription they said I can t cancel yet until 7 days before they will charge me for another one which is disgusting You should be able to cancel anytime SCAMMERS Once I cancel I am never using your service again Plus they aren t worth the money Too expensive I should be able to cancel anytime Don t bother

Loyal customer treated poorly Disingenuous customer Service

Loyal customer - didn t receive box Emailed and was promised a new delivery still no box Customer service is slow and stressful Then told me they would give me a code for another box but that has not been applied Asked for a gesture of good will - they offered me 15 of a collection box which would have involved me spending more money with them Disingenuous and poor customer service Still waiting to hear back about my box What a business does after a mistake has been made is really important Disappointed that latest in beauty can t meet expectations when an error had been made - these moments of truth are really important in the formulation of customer perception and negative views are hard to change Will see through contract but will not renew

Customer service well below par

Bought a recent collection Collection arrived and the oil had come undone and spilt all over the contents mainly soaked through all the individual packaging and it was so unbelievably strong that even after wiping the items they still smelt of it The oil was almost empty 1 8 left Contacted customer services sent photos of the contents dripping in oil They said they d send me a new one out However they said they d send me a new oil out not a new contents and that to get a complete replacement I d have to send the whole box back by which time after too and Fro with customer services I d got rid of a few items covered in oil and gifted one so they said they d only accept the complete box which was soaked in oil I ve had many things from this company in the past and always had a good service however this was well below par And I m still waiting on the replacement oil

I ordered the beauty advent calander In October The order did not arrive and after several e mails was re shipped My re shipped order arrived yesterday but instead of a beauty advent calander I received a shampoo bar I paid full price for the advent calander have stil not received my order and have a shampoo bar instead
