Was a loyal customer of many years treated like c by customer service They took my money without permission after I had paused it So taking money without permission is theft basically So I ve now cancelled They will not get another penny from me

Advent calendars 200 each despite being ordered in good time failed to arrive by 1 Dec Now expected to arrive by 8 Dec Who would buy a Christmas turkey and be happy with a delivery in January Avoid this business altogether

000583290 the order number Ordered on the 1th of August nothing arrived yet no updates just some time wasting nonsense from bot The process of ordering was incredibly Difficult as it looks like there s a major error in the site Customer service nonexistent sone robotic answers once in 48 hours and no one actually to assist my query disappointed and will unsubscribe

Wrong box- no helpful solution

I ordered the Summer Beauty Approved Box and received the Stylist Loves Box I contacted latest in beauty and was told I had to send proof of the incorrect box I have done this on 3 times and told that I will get an email regarding this which I m yet to receive I personally know of 4 other people that have received the wrong box I m so disappointed in latest in beauty and the way they have handled this

Beware of absolute lack of customer service if things go wrong

Unfortunately this company is run by underpaid workers that have no clue about customer service See all the one star reviews Shambolic and rude Told me I was banned from buying but continue to bombard me with PR waffle on almost a daily basis AVOID

My box was left outside my front door

My box was left outside my front door when I wasn t home The courier kindly took a photo of this as evidence of delivery Of course the box was not there when I got home a few hour later and I specifically went home to find the box after manually checking to see when the delivery was due as I had not received any kind of notification so messed up my Saturday afternoon too I had to make a police report to get a refund even though it was clearly not delivered I would have preferred to actually have received the box but staff didn t offer to resend Really disappointing experience

Awful

Slow delivery no response to emails missing items Absolutely shambolic experience Would never have signed up in the first place had I realised this was an India Knight project There are better beauty boxes out there Have put date of experience as order date Received some of the items today

Loyalty means nothing to this company

I have ordered most beauty boxes and more recently ordered the Luxe Travel edition in the day it was released paying full price After 2 days it dropped by 20 with further discounts available They offered me 5 as an apology which no way covers the loss I will never buy from them again because they are taking advantage of their loyal customers and treating them very poorly Be aware

Disappointing

I was sent a discount code for 28 off plus free p p but when I tried to use it it only deducted 26 I contacted their support team who advised that they had made a mistake in sending me an email saying 28 and they would not honour it What a money grabbing company who were not willing to give the extra 2 that they had originally offered I was going to spend around 140 on their Beauty Calendar but will now go somewhere else to buy one

STOP putting out new boxes at a higher cost to test the market and then reducing it by as much as 20 a couple of days later Very very poor conduct and is not treating your loyal customers fairly Appalling
