Customer service is on top level I recently had a small issue with my order first time since I became their loyal customer about 7 years ago I emailed customer service and literally few minutes later it was sorted Massive thank you to Taylor for being so helpful today

Boxes of Delights

I have been buying these beauty boxes for years and never disappointed I was there at the beginning and used to purchase monthly boxes If I can t use something it s gifted on Great value and fabulous way to try new things without stretching the budget found some products new brands that I will purchase again Bought the men s edition for a few people at Christmas went down a storm

Enjoying the affordable variety

Really enjoying LiB Was recommended to me by a friend and I ve stuck with it for quite some time now There s a usually a great selection on the monthly box so I ve enjoyed the variety of different items One time I had an issue with the delivery of an order the customer service team were super helpful in resolving it for me over web chat which I really appreciated it

Latest in Beauty is amazing value for money and it gives you the chance to try new brands without costing a fortune It s a real treat when the box arrives which is packaged beautifully and if there s a product such as make up that I don t use or doesn t suit me then it becomes part of a present for one of my friends What s not to like

Great company

I ve had a monthly subscription with this company for quite a few years now and also buy their special limited edits I love being able to try all of the products they offer and think that they are fantastic value I regularly purchase presents for friends and family and everyone is delighted On the few occasions when there is a problem with the order I have always found the company to be fast and efficient at resolving it I couldn t ask for more

Great products I ordered the sephora advent calender at a great price with some top range high end beauty products My box arrive damaged I informed the company and a replacement sent I m over the moon as a couple of items total to the total I ve paid brilliant fully recommended Fantastic value and quality Plus discounts on items should you want to purchase again Win win

I love LiB boxes the collections are always varied both in contents and price over the year so something for everyone I have definitely found some new favourites over thr last few years everything always arrives in good order and in good time Thanks for fueling my skin care and makeup obsessions

I ve been a customer of LIB for a few years now through them I ve discovered some amazing brands and products that I would have never found out about otherwise Customer service whenever I ve had a query have always been excellent Packaging is good with everything always well packed Sending time and arrival from order date always good I ll continue to be a customer for years to come
