Definitely not the 5- 7 days promised delivery they didnt bother to despatch my order until the 6th day after taking payment

Buyer beware of taking any subscription

After buying their box and off for a few years I took out a 1 year membership as it s a nice treat after payday Towards the end of this contract I was finding the boxes a bit boring so after the 12th box I tried to cancel my membership just to be told I couldn t as they had auto renewed my membership for another 12 months I ve never heard of this before and quite frankly I m disgusted by not only there C S who its like pulling teeth to get more than a basic answer let alone help but the implementation of this auto renewal for 12 months hidden away in the T C S Waiting on my appointment with the legal team at work to see if this is even legal I wasnt made aware of this policy at anytime or given the option to optin or out and feel another years contract is very excessive Even if i can t cancel it now I feel others should know just what kind of company this is and will make a point of sharing my

Delivery time is shocking

I love the idea of latest in beauty but just don t think the service is good enough and they re at the lower end of the beauty box industry There are some nice collections but the delivery time is so bad 5 days to despatch and then you need to wait days for actual delivery The tracking is absolutely useless Shows as being in Luton for days and then just turns up unexpectedly Reasonable selection of mini products sample size but do have full size on occasion which can be hard to actually get Can t bring myself to pay for a subscription as I don t thing it s value for money Can t recommend and only buy a collection now and again if there is something I fancy Advent calendar is usually a better option but gave it a miss last year purely because of delivery and I m just fed up of Latest I beauty

Poor customer service

I really love the beauty boxes and have a monthly edit subscription as well as occasionally purchasing the collection boxes However customer service really lets this company down I am not sure how in this day and age orders take 3 days to dispatch After allegedly being dispatched the parcel took a week to arrive The tracking information is useless I contacted customer services to receive an automated message to say they will respond within two days That response arrived after two days saying they will respond in two days A lot of companies these days are on the ball with their customer service and i have to say Latest in Beauty are not good enough I have tried to cancel my monthly edit subscription but apparently can only do that 7 days before renewal Ridiculous

I have tried to go to check out over 4 times today I am unable to get to check out to order my choices for my subscription This is dire I was also unable to apply a code for NHS workers Not able to talk to anyone over phone

Expired and not for sale products

I was a subscriber for almost a year and I actually liked the service Customer service was fast and effective they solved my problems quickly So why the negative rating I started to recieve not for sale products and stuff that was about to expire in one month after recieving it This made me wonder how old the other products what they sent Well all my Nars makeup was manufactured in 2012 and 2015 So they were already 5-8 years old I don t want to recommend or support a company who sells expired or nearly expired products to their customers so no I do not recommend them

Purchased a beauty box which did arrive

Purchased a beauty box which did arrive in good time However one product had been changed for a bar of soap much cheaper than the body butter I had asked for Customer service did apologise and said it might have been a technical error at their end but that was that Took the soap to the charity shop

Take you chances with ordering as Yodel is the carrier Parcel just let on doorstep tracking was useless Concept of box good but shabby packaging Email communication only just a marketing company making money I personally would not order again better boxes and customer service with other companies Lots of email communication but I simply feel they don t care

Products ok but advertising is misleading

Products are good if you take time to see what the sizes are and how much they would be full price but customer service isn t amazing takes a long time to respond and seems to selectively choose what they respond to if they don t like your enquiry Their live chat function doesn t work and when you leave a message via there no one seems to pick it up They say that you get free delivery on additional boxes between subscriptions on their FAQ page but it s false advertising as it adds postage on for me for an extra box When I asked I was told it was only LibPro members that get this - which is not what the FAQ page says I ll not likely place extra orders now just because the way they promoted it was so misleading

Customer service hello

Well i do enjoy their boxes and have been their customer for long time but i have got issues with my monthly boxes and have been trying to contact customer service during two months No luck nobody answers me and i am confused at all The problem is that i have not received my April and May monthly boxes and soon is my June box payment day but i fear that i will not receive it either Hopefully someone from customer service will answer me or get back to me asap I would like to be their customer further but it depends whether i finally get some help with my problem Too disappointed right now
