This company is very irresponsible

This company is very irresponsible I ordered on January 26 27 of this year The ordered goods did not arrive at all The telephone number mentioned in their website is wrong They even do not reply to emails Now one should place order with them All possible reviews seems to have been managed Afzal Syed Canada

How does this automated review nonsense persists on trustpilot

Anoop Joshi from Trustpilot is interviewed on the BBC and talks about the advanced technology the company uses to remove fake reviews Meanwhile this company selling useless misrepresented crud on which they refuse to accept returns according to basic consumer protections still has hundreds of obviously CLEARLY fake reviews posted here A child with a potato could tell you every five star review here has come from a review farm The only genuine reviews are buried months away from customers who describe their actual experiences This was flagged to Trustpilot several times with no result How many customers have wasted their money while this advanced technology can spot the blatantly obvious

Close to 2 months ago I ordered window button stickers for my new car from Life Changing Products I have kept in constant contact with this company regarding my order but to no avail They told me it was going to take up to 35 days for my delivery to get tp me Well 35 days and no order arrived Now they are telling me it is going to take up to 35 days for a refund It has been close to 2 months and still no refund This is just another mickey mouse company out of China Garbage garbage garbage

You don t get what you buy

I bought a laptop bag online via this shop and when after days the delivery comes in it turns out to be a bag which is totally different to what I paid and totally a different brand I will definitely not recommend this site as for one reason it s expensive too compared to other sites so please please don t buy from this people and it s very poor customer service

The product video doorbell was slow in arriving but I can accept that What I cannot accept is that they refuse to refund a faulty product Despite 6 weeks and 29 emails including two video s clearly show the problem they continue to stall Avoid

Deeply disapointing Order 1192312

I have this order Order 1192312 November 9 2022 and as of today the 24th of December 2022 my order is still no where to be seen This company has a tracking site it said that the goods were delivered Both sides myself and this company confirm that the goods are on wrong route but resolution takes too long for me as a customer They were very fast when they want to make sure that the payment is well settled but when it comes to delivery the goods they are slow and no interactive As I write this I receive nothing from my order fully paid on Nov 9th 2022

I ordered one product from this company I did not sign up for the gold program where they charge you 19 99 a month Received a very unprofessional reply from them when I inquired as to why they were charging me 19 99 a month Cancelled the gold membership Was not offered a refund Will never order again from this company Buyers beware

Fraud or Incompetence

Fraud or Incompetence On or around November 11 2021 I attempted to purchase an oximeter from this online store When I tried to pay with a credit card their website said it could not process this card and I should try another Foolishly I tried another credit card and the same message came up I discovered the next day they had charged both cards and failed to send me notification of purchase with an order number thus making it impossible for me to follow up on the purchase Needless to say after one month I have not received the item purchased nor any refund of my double payment nor any indication regarding my order I leave the obvious conclusion to anyone who may read this review

NO FOLLOW UP SERVICE by Life Changing Product

We have emailed Life Changing Product company few times to two of their corresponded emails with us earlier initial enquiry was on possibly buying items and they responded very quickly Somehow our emails to them on our broken red lights cap was ignored and totally NO REPLY from them We have used the red light cap for few times only This company has NO follow up service when you have problems with the purchased products However if your enquiry is on new buys they will respond Lousy company Company chose not to
