The product was as expected but took relatively long for delivery not a problem for me I ordered two of the same product but they were delivered on separate days which caused some anxiety consternation thinking they had gotten the order wrong An email I sent after the first delivery was answered quickly within a day and courteously but the second package had arrived by then

Recently i buy some products for my skin especially in my face and it work in some ways but im not quite satisfied with the product and it s seems have side effects on my skins

I received the item and was happy with it The shipping was speedy and the packaging was good

I ordered a product that gives you wifi in remote places where there is no service I was so excited with their promotions and ads that I quickly took my credit card out I ordered on the twenty second of May this year hoping to receive the delivery fast I waited several weeks with nothing coming After about three weeks of waiting I called a phone number associated with them and their recording stipulated that you could not call them for action until after thirty five days I had to travel to a rural area where I was compelled to use my hot spot I complained to them through email several times and they told me their report showed that the product was safely delivered on the fifteenth of June They even told me to go and ask my neighbours to see if any of them took it When I asked them to present the photographs of the delivery they did not respond They also told me that there was a flood problem with the suppliers which slowed down their investigation They further told me to go and find out from the post office I let them know that the onus should not be on me to do that bearing in mind I was not the sender with the pieces of information with which the product was dispatched Also after I tried to access their website through the English version there was nothing there to trace Presently I do not have the product and I have lost my money to them I know they seem to be enjoying good testimonials from many people but I will not hesitate to say that I am not one them I need my money back since they are unwilling to hold their delivery personnel responsible for the supposedly delivered product I am unwilling to keep quiet until there is a resolution to the matter They have given me a sour experience in their business transaction

I bought a mobile computer table to use at my sofa in May The goal was to use it during the extended lock down By late June it was clear that the package was lost so I went ahead and bought something else from a local supplier After a couple of emails exchanged with customer support I got a full refund of the purchased price To my surprise last week first week of September the package was delivered but I was charged custom duties which were nowhere advertised After another couple of emails exchanged with customer service we agreed that I shouldn t pay for the table considering all the troubles They are friendly and honest albeit the experience of getting this shipped to me from Asia was frustrating

Accidentally broke my coffee pot the other day and placed the order for a new one immediately Best price I have seen when researching Only problem I have with these pots are the sensitivity But still Im satisfied Thank you

Perfect idea and perfect size I bought 2 of them for adults and kids clothes and I m happy I had a little problem with the 2nd one but the clients service answers my mails in less than one day Happy

The goods arrived on time it has not yet been tested but everything appears to be in working order I would recommend the company I will need a specialized cooler for the board to conduct the testing

I am really happy with the products The red color and design are perfect It s extremely portable and convenient to use It came very quickly and I would highly recommend both the shop and the product

I have received my order even if it is delayed because of Corona virus and takes a long time to send But everything turned up nicely which I am grateful for Thanks to everyone who helped make it happen
