They scammed meThey took R300 87 from my credit card when i asked why they told me about gold program of which they were lying and did not refund me This company is very dangerous customers who buy online must be careful about their credit cards I had to contact my bank and forced to change my credit card because of these scams This shop must be banned and sued

Scam The positive reviews must be fake I ordered some days later received message temporary problem with delivery company unable to deliver to your country I am in Portugal Europe which is just a regular destination Requested refund Received refund but it is smaller than the amount I paid Waste of time and energy miserable

Ordered an item as a birthday gift clearly said free shipping in couple days Then recieved email saying extra 25usd needed to ship because of covid when I refused they said the manager will cover half the cost In what world would a legitimate company do that Asked to cancel but apparently the item is already in the post office Remember they said that there are shipping delays They then asked for 10 extra fees to cancel my order then proceeded to spam emails to get me to accept their offer

Ordered a floating solar pump for a POND and what came couldn t do a flower pot The thing is worth 3 dollars top could put in a Christmas cracker 2 50 in UK or 150 baht in Thailand absolute disgrace the product information was misleading to be kind Absolute disgrace n they had the audacity to charge me 35 dollars

Scam Never received my product and they never responded to my email in regard to my purchase

This company is a rip off I bought 3D Cloud Neck Sleep Pillow Multifunctional Egg Sleeper All-round Orthopedic Neck Pillow for Sleeping Pain This pillow came very small and only gave me neck pain I waited 1 week to find out how to return and they finally came back and gave me an address to china to pay for shipping it back myself then told me there would also be a 10 cancellation fee People don t buy this pillow from them I paid over 26 and later found the same pillow on the Temu website for 6 78 but the pillow gave me a stiff neck Don t purchase anything from this company because if you don t like it you ve thrown most of the money you spent away I also found these on Ebay for 1 3rd of the price and free shipping This company is from China and they don t care about customer satisfaction Never again will I get something from China

Unfortunately some items in our order of Gift Boxes arrived damaged After 14 days and several emails we still have no progress with any refund or credit from this company We now need to look somewhere else to buy more Gift Boxes which has completely wrecked our plans for some special gifts

I ordered a child s wallet back in August My Account was immediately charged After a month I emailed to inquire where my merchandise was I received a rude email stating that they had 6 weeks to deliver and suggested I needed to be patient I have contacted them multiple times since with a final email requesting an email and notification that I would be contacting a consumer group I received yet another rude email in which it did state I would be refunded That was 2 weeks ago-nothing yet I have contacted BBB and another consumer group This company should not be in business Don t give them your money-plenty of other places to shop

I am profoundly disappointed with my regrettable purchase Firstly I bought the Adjustable Portable Tablet Stand 7 Angle Compatible With 8 TO 15 6 Inch Laptops for 24 99 and what I have received is nothing like what I was expecting The material is weak the product is of very poor quality and simply does not support the weight of my HP 14 LAPTOP It bends backwards almost reaching a breaking point I have left 2 negative 1-star reviews which are still pending approval and thus never published I have already bought another laptop stand for 19 99 and I have no interest in keeping the product purchased on the LCP website I am currently asking for a total refund which should cover the cost of sending the product back to China Secondly I bought the Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Set - White Keyboard Mouse for 39 79 which was delivered without the mouse I have received only the keyboard I am currently trying to get the mouse or send the keyboard back and get a total refund Honestly I could not be more disappointed with my regrettable purchase What a waste of time and money Such a hard work Re Order 1427679 January 10 2024
