I love The Leather Satchel Company Bought a festival satchel earlier this year and have just bought the Envelope Clutch Used it last night when out celebrating our anniversary and it fitted all that I needed Going to use both on our next trip Staff are lovely and bags will last a lifetime Can t recommend them enough

a friend of mine told me about this brand so I decided to ordered a card holder for my boyfriend I absolutely recommend the leather satcher to EVERYONE I ordered it online and it arrived in perfect conditions to Mexico The quality of the product is amazing prices are really fair and the costumer service is unbelievable totally recommend this brand thank you so much for your service

Beautiful quality custom leather satchels

Drove 94 miles just to visit the store on the Liverpool docks around Christmas time to have bolt on handles added to my pixie and windsor back pack Was welcomed into the store worth the visit to meet the staff and get some advise about how to care for the leather My bags have returned and I love the bolt on handles will make carrying them so much easier The only negative was due to high demand over the Christmas period I think my order was forgotten about but the communication via email was excellent and the issue was quickly resolved so I would still give them 5 stars and recommend anyone visit in person My bags were packed with care and I will order again in the future Thank you very much Leather Satchel Company xxx

We went into the shop in Albert Docks greeted with a warm smile and given lots of help and advice in choosing the right satchel and colour to suit my needs A satchel was made to my specific requirements and sent to me within a few weeks of ordering Excellent service and fantastic quality and all from Liverpool

Loving my satchel and great customer service

I ve been loving my satchel for 4years now daily use and it looks as good as on day one better actually cause everyone knows a leather satchel should not be pristine When I recently had an issue with a back strap the team responded immediately and replaced it as I was still under the 5 year guarantee which is a great bonus to buying from The Leather Satchel Co I d highly recommend them

Ordered a satchel for my sons birthday I live abroad and received a tax demand otherwise would not receive product - was annoying but I paid the import taxes I mentioned this to the Leather Satchel and they are now addressing to make clearer on their website as well as offering a delivery duty paid option for customers - so very happy to have resolved with help of their team Its a small UK business making high quality products - I am sure times are tough so can only encourage everyone to order from them

Fantastic Product and Sensational Service

I love my briefcase satchel I had been looking for something smart and small to carry to and from work I came across the Leather Satchel Co and I was impressed by the look of the products the bespoke service and the company s commitment to manufacturing a quality product here in the UK I ordered some leather samples initially to help me decide what to go for But I messed up I ordered an 11 Briefcase Satchel and that was just too small for me - it didn t look right Luckily the company has an outstanding no questions asked returns policy I arranged the return and received a really helpful email from the MD Keith asking me what I was really looking for Keith and Shaun were then hugely helpful as I sent various queries and ideas to them surely I was driving them mad by now but they were endlessly patient and they gave great advice Finally I placed an order for the replacement satchel I opted for a 14 Briefcase Satchel in Distressed Walnut Husk I added gold hardware a shoulder pad a key hook and changed the single front pocket for two front pockets Just two weeks later the satchel arrived and it is magnificent The bag looks amazing really classy and so well made 14 is just the right size for a minimal amount of stuff it even takes my 14 laptop and everything else I need for a light day The two pockets are great for my phones and the key hook is really handy But the really amazing thing is how well balanced it is - the shoulder pads sits nicely on my shoulder it s suede backed so it never slips making it a really easy carry Fully loaded it doesn t cause me any shoulder or back pain I m hooked and I cannot recommend them highly enough You should order one I m planning on a second much bigger one for days when I need to carry clothing with me as it gets colder and to use as an overnight bag Thanks so much Keith and Shaun for all your help advice and patience
