Ordered a wine gift for delivery one week prior to Christmas Item was never delivered Upon checking with recipients no attempt was made to call and contact the recipient and no delivery was ever attempted

Not Communicative I telephoned to inquire if a wine that is usually stocked but currently out of stock would be restocked I was advise that a delivery had arrived and that the web site would be updated by 2 pm that day Three days later it is still not updated I am persistent and sent a message asking about the stock No reply Discourtesy is unbecoming No more le bon van Plenty of other wine merchants

The shop may be good but the delivery service isn t My wife and I were isolating and couldn t get to the shops so we ordered wine from here for 2 special dinners over the coming weekend We ordered Wednesday and were promised delivery on Friday The wine didn t turn up despite us chasing up with both the shop and delivery agent It eventually turned up on Monday obviously too late for the intended use The wine is average quality and better quality at half their price is available from Aldi First and last time we shop here

Bought as a birthday gift Didn t deliver on day promised then missed the advised delivery slot on the next day by an hour and a half I could have bought the wine for half the price from Asda and posted it myself No point in paying a premium price if you get this poor service

my experience so far is not good my next day order of wine has still to be delivered The wine was ordered as a birthday gift but is still at the couriers who seem unable to forfill the rearranged delivery date I await positive news so i can update this review
