Terrible service and awful customer

Terrible service and awful customer care They refused to accept the return of non-original products despite their promised 30-day return policy and lifetime warranty on the item This is simply absurd since it s a frying pan and it needed to be tested at least once They claim that I violated the return conditions although I only used the item once to realize it was of poor quality Moreover they violate all consumer rights by refusing to fulfill their obligations This is unacceptable for a company that promises high quality and good service They also created a new account on Trustpilot to manipulate positive reviews and hide their old account which has an extremely low rating and almost exclusively negative reviews This clearly indicates that they are aware of their problems but prefer to deceive new customers instead of correcting their mistakes I cannot recommend anyone to do business with this company It s simply a waste of money and time It s better to find a more reliable seller

Extremely poor customer service and disappointing product quality I bought a pot from them and after only three uses following the cleaning instructions carefully the coating was already damaged When I contacted them they asked me to return the pot at my own expense so they could inspect it despite having already sent them multiple photos I can t believe this is their response I will never buy any stuff from them

Wow Normally if I were typing Unbelievable Customer Service in a review it would be in the negative However in this instance it s well and truly in the positive and some We own various Le Creuset pieces many of which we purchased when we were married Our largest casserole was among these and must have been bought sometime in 1989 It has been well used over the years and is starting to show it s age aren t we all on the internal surface I contacted Le Creuset Helpline to ask for advice about having it re-enamelled After some time they replied to explain that our pan was indeed old and at that time was not covered by their lifetime guarantee HOWEVER they would replace it as a goodwill gesture I mean let s just say that I wish Le Creuset sold Broadband mobile phones and appliances Well worth the higher price Thank you Le Creuset

I had a fault with a Le Creuset frying pan which was purchased many years ago No receipt and no proof of purchase I contacted Le Creuset and spoke to Shane to discuss the problem Their response was magnificent Rarely seen such honourable and efficient customer service Le Creuset products are unique and built to last a lifetime Little wonder that they are a global brand with such an excellent reputation
