The customer service is excellent I have been with Legal Shield for more than seven years I moved from the east coast to the west coast and the service has been the same Everyone is pleasant and attentive I received detail information with instructions regarding my legal issue They return phone calls and answer emails timely I am very pleased with my membership

Anytime I contact my lawyer s office he is right on point He takes care of the issue right away Note Earlier this year a family member had a issue that needed legal advice I recommended that they contact LegalShield and join the service In addition I love the low monthly cost

The lawyer with whom I spoke was knowledgeable courteous and accomodating I was unable to take his call when he first called and asked him to call me back in half an hour He called me at the exact time we arranged and his explanations to my questions were clear and easily understandable

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Legal Shield If only every company was as efficient I got a timely response every step of the way The ability to select an appointment time and actuallyhave a lawyer call at that time was something I am not usually expecting The lawyer I spoke with Greg Lanuti was extremelyknowledgeable patient and well spoken and providedme with exemplary and useful information I will continue to use Legal Shield whenever I have need for advice The cost is more than well worth it 5 stars all the way
