I am a VIP account and I have been using the eCommerce channel for 10 years Excellent Experience with Lego In addition to that the company has an outstanding Customer service even during the Covid lockdown Although many of the products go out of stock in a while Lego prompty sends you a mail with a scheduled time for delivery when the product is available and back ordered

Wow I m a little surprised

I dont know why people say the customer service is bad I had issues with 1 501st helmet and they sent me 4 replacements Very friendly never had any issues If a package gets lost its not their fault and im sure they will help you but be patient with COVID less people work and more people need help so they are very busy which is understandable

Wow I see the reviews and I m a little surprised at the negative reviews The website is wonderful in the fact that you can get any instructions for any lego kits Even retired kits I ve been to many other websites and usually this is always a problem trying to find instructions for older items I m going to order a few small pieces from here and let us see if my opinion changes

Customer service saved the day

Lego constructive criticism can you please remove the VIP paper prints from the VIP rewards system I m a big Lego fan and have been for 10 years Always bought from you I rack up a lot of VIP points but ever since you have changed the VIP points system you also got rid of most of the actual Lego brick rewards that you could obtain and replaced them with art prints Me and everyone I know who is a long term Lego fan have mentioned this I write on behalf of them Thank you my account cooperstores990 gmail454037678Thank you

Absolutely amazing experience with

Terrible experience at first which was the the fault of DPD couriers unexpected issue on day of delivery which led to the parcel being in limbo for 4 days After rebooking a delivery date using DPD automated service I was informed it had been delivered to a completely different address looks like it was going through the network back to Lego Contacted Lego didn t take long to speak to a human who was really helpful and told me another set would be posted to me by express service I received the set I ordered the next day by DHL Christmas saved as it was a present

Great customer service

Absolutely amazing experience with Lego I ordered a Birthday present which arrived 3 4 days later as expected The boxes were damaged in no state to gift I believe due to the delivery company not Lego I contacted Lego via Twitter they immediately replaced the items at no extra cost told me to keep the originals Now that is Great Customer Service

Never ever had an issue with lego

Great customer service Had visited the westfield stratford city store around 4 times and each time i had visited a product that was on display had been out of stock each time Once i had mentioned to staff that i had been out of luck at the product is never in stock the manager had given me the display product free of charge Great customer service and the staff are always happy polite and very helpful whenever i vist making it a pleasureful experience
