I requested quotes from a number of Surveyors and Leo Horsfield came in with the lowest They replied to my enquiry quickly arranged the survey and wrote the report in a timely manner The report was extremely detailed and highlighted a number of defects that we were not aware of The Surveyor also made direct contact with me to discuss his findings and gave me his number to call him should I have any queries

I was very impressed with the swift courteous service I received from both Jo the coordinator and the Structural Engineer From the point of enquiry I had the whole process wrapped up in less than a week The engineer came and assessed my project and had my report ready the next day I found the whole experience far less daunting than anticipated and a lot quicker Thank you

Quick and professional

We got a survey from LHS for purchasing a house They were very good at giving us a timeline for completing work while telling us what delays could happen They completed the work really quickly and the report we received was thorough and important issues were flagged They were very easy to contact to clarify elements that were uncertain and pragmatic and clear about what work they d recommend we do Overall they seemed very efficient and trustworthy

Highly Recommend

I came across Leo Horsfield Surveying through Realmoving com I was skeptical because they were based in Brighton and we were West Midlands and the price was much lower than the estate agents recommendation But they confirmed they covered the area and after doing some checking I arranged a survey It was booked in quickly and no payment was required up front The surveyor called straight after to give an overview and then we received a very detailed report with photos I had a question and they answered it promptly Excellent service thank you

Cost-effective and efficient surveying company

Contacted more than 20 surveyors and Leo Horsfield assumed the first position owing to its communication and price Extremely reasonable and once booked the inspection took place within 48 hours I bought a level 3 building survey The report was easy to read and involved little technical jargon so no need for the diploma to get through it Also the surveyor phoned me after the investigation to give me a summary of how bad things were overall Highly recommend the company If I need further surveys I ll be sure to return

The report produced was very thorough and I had the chance to discuss some of the main issues over the phone prior to the written report being provided This enabled me to kickstart a price reduction with the seller immediately and resulted in an additional saving of 4000 Highly recommend getting a structural survey done through Leo Horsefield Surveying
