Daniel Foley of Leo Horsfield Surveying was firstly remarkably quick the full building survey was completed within 10 days of my initial inquiry and Mr Foley called me as soon as he was done to give me a quick overview of the basic results I then received the complete detailed report within 17 days of my initial inquiry The speed was much appreciated Since the service was so affordable I went for a full Building Survey instead of the simpler Homebuyer Survey The report was also extremely detailed over 100 pages and both full of photos as well as easy to read Mr Foley addressed all of my specific questions as well as many other issues I would not have thought of He recommended I raise a few queries with my conveyancer this was really helpful and also took a lot of photos to make it easier to document what he saw Overall great experience detailed informative quick and affordable I can strongly recommend him
