Absolutely awful product and terrible customer service Actually non-existent customer service My in-laws bought an expensive brick train set for our son as a Christmas gift It s complicated so each page takes some time to complete The instructions pdf is huge and some pages don t display at all After a few steps there were pieces missing Fortunately he had a few spare parts from other sets we could use Several steps later we encountered another four missing pieces I emailed the company and their missing parts email address and their customer service and in spite of the online information saying they respond in 24 hours nothing So we ordered extra parts on eBay They weren t cheap Several pages later and more missing parts Again no response from the company so headed to eBay again to find replacements These sets are expensive and I m angry that my in-laws have wasted their money and even more annoyed that my son is upset that after two weeks he still can t complete this set So if you buy a kit from this company and all the parts are there great If not - and we aren t even half way through the build and we re missing 17 pieces already - then prepare to spend extra money trying to find replacements because the company completely ignores all emails Be warned

I paid over 140 for a locomotive MOC-62517 BR132 Diesel The front windows of the locomotive and the doors are not made of transparent glass but rather brown stones and these have to be covered with a cut-out picture Impossible I will never buy from Lesdiy again It cost me a lot of extra money to get suitable stones so that the locomotive doesn t look so unrealistic and so that it can be illuminated My custom number is Bestellung 4483 best tigt

First of all Part quality is fineI came across a lot of missing parts the 2 buggy motors I received were empty and didn t even work Some technik parts like the T shaped ones where weirdly designed and made it horrible to build with I love Lego but this set I had for almost 3 months and I still didn t finish to build it

I don t understand how you think sending me a survey in a different language is good business and you wonder why I continue to give you low scores
