we initially had troubles with Lex since we did not receive the product we thought we had agreed on and the support was poor at the time After a less favourable review almost a year later we were contacted by Samantha and our case was revisited by Jelena at which point all of our concerns were addressed the blinds were replaced by zips and everything went extremely fast and smoothly Honestly I never expected this and was very pleasantly surprised after having struggled with bad communication and errors the first time around They seem to now have some solid customer satisfaction and remediation procedures in place and I wouldn t hesitate recommending them to anyone Somfy blinds are a game changer and I would highly recommend anyone considering external blinds to go with the zip variety since they are quiet and can be made fully blackout Thank you to the whole team at Lex We love the blinds A big thank you to the installers too for putting up with us Those guys did an excellent job all 3 times they had to visit Very efficient and high quality work
