Delivery fraud

A lot of books in catalog and reasonable prices Unfortunately they do not deliver the goods Be careful if you ordered home delivery In reality they will not deliver home but make you pick up from a warehouse somewhere outside the city Order 574574115 06 2024Thanks for the reply I think that the clients who buy books in Libristo and pay you money are not interested in knowing why you choose unreliable contractors or cannot contact them They would just like to receive the goods for which they paid Now I have to find another store and wait again Good luck to you

I ve been waiting for my order for more

I ve been waiting for my order for more than 20 days They sent me a message several times that my order would be delivered at a certain time but unfortunately it was never delivered Wasted my time I don t recommend it to anyone

Horrible

It took them more than 10 days after order confirmation to let me know that the book I ve ordered is out of stock and my order will be cancelled At the moment of the order the book was in full stock with promised delivery 3-5 days

I do not recommend this store

The order has not been delivered after 1 month at first they replied that the courier had lost the parcel and they would send the books again Another 2 weeks passed and now they have stopped responding at all

What a joke

What a joke The site clearly said that the book was in stock at the supplier and estimated arrival was 5-8 days turns out thats from their suppliers to them and not to the customer In reality its estimated arrival is 17th to 23rd of december Never using these cheats again

Terrible experience

Terrible experience put a book in my cart because it said delivering to my country and once I paid for the whole order it turned out to be an expensive ebook which I can t even read because their download links aren t working now they refuse to issue a refund or send a link which works Wasted my money for nothing Incredibly unprofessional Never buying anything from here again plus Amazon is cheaper I hope you buy yourself a sandwich with that money since you all seem so hungry and desparate

5850161 Ordered a book more than week ago on site they it will be in 4-7 days it didn t came yet More than that I cannot log into my account I tried to reset my password but nothing came to my gmail even spam as you always say libristo I even tried to make an alt account it has the same situation I wrote 3 responses to info libristo - no answer Terrible service

Diabolical service

Diabolical service I am extremely unhappy with your company I have emailed numerous times and received not a single response I ordered a product November 16th and have received NOTHING to tell me it was purchased had been dispatched nothing I ve written to the payment company to complain and ask for a refund I shall be complaining online and reviewing your company as I am really peeved off at this stage so close to Christmas without the gift

Incorrect stock and missing base functions

Tried to order something that was in Stock at the beginning of december To this day I only got messages that it will be available again the week after and that they will update me when they can send it Canceled the order and tried to delete my account no manual option to delete one s own account or at least no user friendly way to direct you to the correct subpage Did discover multiple bugs while looking for the delete function Wouldn t trust this site with any data Stay away

Disappointed

I just got the preordered paperback of Onyx storm but the book was already damaged On the front the edges are scuffed and the cover has a long scratch
