So when I was ordering some books i accidentally clicked that i am from netherlands which I m not and my books were going to netherlands instead of my country So I wrote to them 1 they replied very quick 2 they were so helpful they got my package relabelled it and sent it to my country 3 the packages get to you very quick so i will always reccomend you Libristo

I ordered a book that I could find only abroad which meant even more money on postage etc I also asked for it to be delivered as a present well it was my birthday and I wanted it as a present to myself The book took some time to arrive I didn t mind as I was aware of that but I was kept infomed with emails during the whole process and on top of that it arrived in an amazing package which made my day even more special Thank you

I ve ordered 6 books so far over the span of a year and I ve had 0 issues The times they give for shipping are almost always right on and the shipping is not that expensive 5-6 eur or free for orders above 60 eur Fully recommend

Ignoring customers issues

I was amazed to finally stumble on a online book store where you can find many titles that are not pushing just the mainstream books but have a variety of titles you cant find anywhere I carefully organised my wish list and gradually bought many books One day i got a message that there was an error and i couldn t access my wish list anymore The customer service was quick to answer and explained that it has something to do with reaching 100 books in your list He offered to help and since then the issue hasn t been solved it has passed more then 3 months now I called three times and they assured me that they are trying to solve the problem Unfortunately the problem still persists and ther is no feedback As soon as you finally willingly address the problem or offer me a solution the rate 1 5 will not change Thank you UPDATE on 3 September Thanke you Libristo EUYou also restored all of my saved books
