I ordered some textbooks and the service was really great Had to modify the delivery address and the assistance was perfect The order arrived a lot earlier than I expected Totally recommended

Libristo is the best book store-site I know I have bought many books from e-shops and I can say that Libristo has become my favorite I have found books that I couldn t find anywhere else

I was looking for a book that I could find nowhere It took them a few weeks but these guys fixed me one They must have found the last copy on earth Perfect service and good communication during the process when I had questions Would do this again The fee they ask is small money in return for their effort

One of the best customer support experience I had so far in book ordering 3 orders in the last 3 months for a total of around 40 books Usually quick to reply during the week they are actually reading the email and replying to the question unlike some other place were you get a 2 lines reply after sending a 40 lines email As I always get damaged book from a specific imprint I contacted them to check a bit what could be done and also offered to show the books before shipping so I could see if they were slightly damaged or not and made sure to secure them properly Had no issues with their exchange process either some books arrived damaged in one of the orders after I contacted the support they did sort most of it for me arranging courier and helping to fill the document Definitely my go to place when I order books in batch or for books harder to find

Even though I didnt manage to get one of the books I have to say customer support Victoria was really quick to answer to emails and to provide additional information So far happy with the service

Libristo has a great selection of books in many different languages I could find books I have not seen anywhere else It was easy to order and package arrived as expected

Am so happy about their services they did find the book i was looking for and deliver it till my house Also the customer service are great when i needed help they where here for me

Everything was great The website has a huge variety of great books I recommend it I ll use it again for sure
