Very helpful polite and excellent in problem solving situations

I ordered a book a few weeks ago but I could not effectively communicate with the delivery company All this time I had been communicating with Libristo and besides responding really promptly and politely they showed great understanding and tried to help me Thankfully I got my book in excellent packaging So I will order again since the whole situation was not their fault Thank you again for your constant efforts to assist me

I have ordered 2 international books excellent packaging and response rate to emails and process and happy to see the wide variety of international books that i can find especially for the baking department which is not that easy

First time using Librisato Eu thoughts

I ordered my sally face book about 2 weeks ago and I really didn t know what to expect It came today in the estimate days Libristo wrote and honestly- i feel like the site is criminally underrated Not only did i get my book protected and in tip-top perfect shape but they even included a pumpkin DIY bookmark which i loved got me into origami again haha Anyway I 100 reccomend this webcite and I already told all of my friends about it

I ve ordered twice and had no problems I can access books that are not available in my country The delivery is fast and within the estimate The only problem I ve had was with payments but they were very helpfully managed by the staff No complaints Just very good books

An amazing selection of books I ordered 9 books that I could not get in my country and I ve wanted them for a long time They informed me of every step from how long it ll take for books to come to them to the time frame of when will I receive them I received them at the very beginning of the time frame which really surprised me and the books came from them to me in 3 working days Books were also well packaged and un damaged which is honestly amazing for such a long way that they made Will definitely order here again I can t stop admiring my new tower of such cool books
