Not sure why I received a how did we do message as I haven t received any goods as yet

Price was good but jacket came with patches that wetted out Retailer said I could return to the brand Expect more from paying nearly 200 for a jacket

Good prompt service Only negative is the buyer has to pay cost of returns themselves if item doesn t fit That would put me off buying in future as I prefer to buy from stores that offer a free returns policy which most do these days

Watch out for sizing

Purchased a smock according to sizing guide I should have been a small 22 pit to pit so ordered an XL as I like it baggie The XL recommended for 25 pit to pit came up extremely snug around the chest Lovely garment so I ll keep and hope I shrink to fit
