I received my luggage on Saturday and

I received my luggage on Saturday 5th August and was so excited but when it arrived unfortunately there were issues and I was going on holiday in 5 days time I contacted Lily and Bean straight away fortunately Jenna replied pretty much immediately on the Saturday even though she was out of office She was amazing taking responsibility straight away for the issues and said she would do her very best to get two cases and a tote bag to me in 5 days Jenna kept in touch and responded very quickly to my questions nothing was to much trouble To my amazement my two cases and my tote bag have arrived today 9th August within 4 days including a weekend I can t thank Jenna enough It s been along time since I have had customer service where the company has taken full responsibility no questions asked I am completely ecstatic and Jenna I would just like to say a huge thank you for your support and amazing customer service I m sure you will go far in your career and I wish you all the very best for your future Thanks again Sharon

I absolutely loved everything about my order From the amazing costumer service agents Robyn and Lexie to the great quality of the hand bag I m very very happy with my order and the costumer services cooperation I ordered a custom handbag for a loved one for a special occasion i sent an email and whatsapp message to lily bean asking if they would make it possible for me to receive the bag earlier and both Robyn and Lexie replied saying they ll try their best and that it ll be shipped within the current week Fast forward 5 days after the email I received my order So incredibly happy and satisfied with my order and experience with lily bean Definitely not my last order Well deserved 5 stars

After an extremely frustrating experience with this company I can only say they have gone far beyond what I would have expected Having written numerous emails concerning my order and lack of communication with them I cancelled my order and received a full refund Two weeks later the bag I ordered arrived along with a free gift This really is excellent customer service The bag is good quality and my daughter was delighted Thank you Jenna

After being very disappointed about a delayed order of a Christmas gift I had ordered and very bad correspondence I was contacted by a lovely lady Jenna who explained that they had outsourced some of their work at a very busy time for themselves She immediately apologised and told me they would refund me the money of which I didn t want as by then the bag had arrived Instead I received a beautiful bag for myself which I certainly was not expecting Would definitely recommended them in future The quality of the bags are absolutely amazing Thank you one again Jenna

Update pleasantly surprised to wake up to a personalized text from Lily Bean apologizing for the mix up with my order Not only did I receive pictures of my beautiful bags confirmation of them shipping out tomorrow I also received a refund on two of the handpainted bags Now THIS is true customer service THIS is how you handle an unfortunate situation and by doing so THIS is how Lily Bean gained a satisfied customer who will recommend their bags again again Thank you Jenna for turning my day around I can t wait to get my bags
