Do not buy from this company Incorrect sizing I returned the ill fitting bras to the address in Hong Kong which they provided which was 3 Fat Tseung St Cheung Sha Wan Hong Kong 999077 as I didn t want the partial refund they had offered Only to find that on tracking my parcel once it arrived in Hong Kong it was Incorrectly addressed return to sender I complained to them only to be fobbed off with generic emails offering a partial refund again I had paid by PayPal so went through their procedure to Report a problem and received a refund in full from this company within an hour I have just received my package back after three weeks I ll try to sell the bras on to recoup the postage cost

Don t order from Lilybras unless you enjoy stress

I wish I d read these reviews before placing and paying for my order on November 27 2022 As of January 19 2023 I have still received none of my bras or even a tracking number I m almost jealous of those who complain about the fit because at least they ve received their items

Beware of similar sites too

Bought for my mum for her wedding dress and they never arrived Unable to contact via email undelivered notice the third party they use to collect payments Shop something purple branding does not get involved and defer you back to Lily Bra Their website is now down

lesson learned

lesson learned fell for an Instagram ad I have ordered from overseas with good service and products The bras did not fit even though I followed their sizing chart at least 2 cups too small When I contacted Lily Bras thru their online chat the response was returns to Hong Kong are difficult and expensive Lily Bras offered a 15 discount and stated would be same cost to place a new order vs sending back for an exchange The package had a returns address in California Avoid this business

Wow wish I had of read reviews before my purchase the measurements are all wrong must be measured on children certainly no one with boobs And apparently they refuse to comply and do returns I m going to send to return address supposedly in Australia see what happens I hope I don t have to do another negative review Word of mouth can kill a business think about it guys you have a market do us all a favour and be genuine and honest

Disreputable company

Disreputable company I ordered bras from them using their sizing guide They were no where near the sizing guidelines the band was flimsy and too large and the cup was overly padded and way too small They never refunded my money after months of dealing with their so called customer service

Identical to Nichonade

These look identical to bras I bought from a company called Nichonade last year - also a scam Fortunately for me my card issuer refunded my money As advised by my bank I contacted the company to request a return but despite e mailing them every other day for weeks I heard nothing
