I ordered a sweater and when I received it the mail a seem was coming undone I reached out to Pink Lily s customer service since the item was final sale and could not be refunded or exchanged per their policy but as soon as they received my inquiry and the pictures of the sweater they sent a replacement sweater at no cost or inconvenience on my end And besides their customer service their style is stunning and I get comments and compliments on every item I buy from them

My clothes are quickly becoming all Pink Lily I love the way everything fits Once the weather turns warm people will only see me in Pink Lily I do have some cold weather pieces as well and I always get compliments and I tell them that it s Pink Lily Everyone has heard of it where I live in Eastern Pennsylvania and they ask about the prices I let them know that the prices are very fair and that there s always great items in the sale section as well
