Absolutely amazing customer service

I made the mistake of ordering a cable at an exceptionally busy time of year around Black Friday The first one via Royal Mail somehow had its address truncated on the postage label and was delivered to the wrong address and returned A replacement via DHL never arrived and also got sent back However Lindy s customer service team were absolutely amazing responding very helpfully to emails and phoning straight back and they got it all sorted out in the end It is rare to encounter such personal service nowadays and this was just for a 10 cable so I am very grateful and recommend them very highly as a result
