TOTALLY DISHONEST AND RUDE ABRASIVE COMPANY

This company designs cables to FAIL so you have to send them back for repair which costs 55 00 Even IF they are IN WARRANTY they claim the failure is due to YOUR negligence and not treating the cable properly What BS I sent my Silver Dragon headphone cable 600 00 in for repair and asked Drew Baird the owner to promise to send it back insured for 600 00 the price I paid He said he would The cable was supposedly delivered by FedX and required an adult signature Nobody was home to sign so the FedX delivery driver FORGED my signature and left it on my front porch again SUPPOSEDLY I NEVER received my cable back and FedX settled the claim for a measley100 00 which is the default insurance on every package shipped by FedX Moon Audio did NOT insure my headphone cables for 600 00 as promised so I am now out 600 00 and my headphone cable Moon Audio NEVER answers their phone but rely on emails which they respond to sporadically IF they feel like it This is a TERRIBLE DISHONEST company AVOID them at all costs There is NO REASON to use them They are overpriced rude dishonest manufacture cables designed to fail so you have to spend more money for repairs and TOTALLY unprofessional compared to other high end Audio vendors I have dealt with The wife is also VERY argumentative and abrasive in her dealings with the public from my personal experience as well as others I have discussed Moon Audio with Run from this company as fast as you can and NEVER look back

Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a Naim Uniti Core Music Server from Moon Audio 11 4 2022 My Uniti Core started resetting about 6 weeks ago Contacted Moon Audio on 12 11 Process according to Naim Website is to bring Unit to dealer for diagnosis and they will forward to Naim Moon Audio sent me to Naim and said that was wrong Worked with Naim UK for 5 days of troubleshooting only to determine what i already knew my Unit needs to be repaired Naim tech support referred me back to Moon Audio who once again refused to take my equipment and instead provided me with three new forms of contact for Naim USA A website URL that brings you to a rabbit hole that only allows you to open an account You cannot open a repair ticket A phone number that only allows you to leave a message I started leaving messages on 12 18 and have yet to get a response from anyone An email address that only kicks back an automated email Within that email is the same website URL mentioned above that brings you to the Rabbit Hole Now it has come to my attention that Naim has closed down their entire Global Operations from 12 22 to 1 2 for the Holidays Moon Audio just keeps sending me the above information no matter how many times i tell them that none of it helps They did however reply to my email today just as they left for long weekend to tell me that both them and Naim are unreachable until next week They did include the same 800 number that is not being monitored in the email as a contact number even though i have told them multiple times that i have been calling it since 12 18 Hopefully you have read this before you bought anything from Moon Audio Cary N C or Naim

Awful communication stolen money and goods

awful communication terrible build quality of their cables after 6 months of buying a cable for literally over 200 i had to have a part fixed because of shoddy termination on one side Then another 6 months later it went out again I take great care of my cables the second time they fixed it and THEN tried to charge me before even telling me it was going to cost money even tho the first time it was covered under warrantyThroughout the entire process on both times i was always the one communicating and asking question to get any relevant warranty or misc information out of them and the second time i tried to confirm well before that the repair was covered but lo and behold Boom we fixed it now pay up even tho we said it s covered under warranty And I told them no because they did not communicate with me Now my 225 cable is still with them and ill never get it back that s a 225 lesson to never talk to these awful f ks ever again If you want a great cable that is superior at half the price check out customcans co uk they made me an awesome cable for almost half the price as moon and they were very communicative and customized my experience all the way

Extremely bad store period

This store in nothing but a big show off Ugly service ugly people Dont you ever buy there PERIODBuy the way the store s youtube video are a copy paste from magazines like sterephile they aren t realy pros there During my order they have tried to educate me instead of realy drill down my order s issue Just an extreme bad store

Product never arrived

Product never arrived Picture showing delivery of the item is not clear is likely not even my unit Paid for insurance but moon-audio was only willing to reship the item instead of cancelling the order as requested insisting that it is a final sale item They are Inflexible and unwilling to to accommodate a customer by making an exception to their rigid rules and policies and they are horrible with communication no response to emails Customer service satisfaction means nothing to these termites Once they have your that s it Buyer beware
