Fraud alert

I honestly don t believe this is a real company Ordered six weeks ago and have yet to receive any products My credit card was immediately charged even though nothing was shipped They have since ignored all attempts to communicate with them Do not throw away your money by ordering from them

I guess I ll get into the queue with all the other saps who got sucked in by what appears to be a sweet little scam You Tube was their site of choice to peddle their deceit and lies it seems Ordered and paid for a solar powered battery backup in early May and no positive result yet Now it s time to go to the attorney general in my state and start proceedings - I will NOT go quietly

Lit Mobile Scam Alert

Completely a scam preying on people who viewed credible marketing platforms such as YouTube with deceptive ads I was met with excuse after excuse about the delay in shipping and they ignored my requests for a refund I finally realized I could do a chargeback and my issue was resolved but only by intervention of myBank Do not trust everything you see promoted by YouTube ads they are paid for and will use it as an opportunity to take advance of you good faith I wish I had researched reviews before I wasted my time and money They also use fake reviews to pass off as a legitimate company If something sounds too good to be true it probably is

Lit Solar Scamed me 65 dollars I was

Lit Solar Scamed me 65 dollars I was supposed to receive two wireless solar power banks I order in June 2020 its September 11th I tried to get reimbursed by Robin hood didn t workout I guess you live and you learn If you want the product try alibaba or Amazon at least Amazon you can get a refund and I think they already hold product at Amazon fuliment center or buy on alibaba directly from China which is probably where lit solar got the product to scam people By the way I emailed them with wishful thinking and lit solar said i would receive track 15th and 16th of March never did

Took My Money But No Product

I saw ads for the solar powered battery bank on YouTube and it looked cool I placed my order online and they took my money within 24 hours But 10 days later I still had not received the product I emailed the company asking for the status I received a response directing me to contact them through three other email addresses for different departments I tried the sales one as that seemed the most appropriate They did not respond So I issued a credit card transaction dispute There are similar items on Amazon so I ll just stick with a company that I ve always had good communication with and prompt delivery

One star is still to many

One star is still to many I purchased a charger in May 2020 and here it is Nov 2020 and still don t have a charger to show for it The last communication I have from them was in June stating that I would get shipping confirmation on the 15th or 16th of June Well that didn t happen I haven t received any kind of communication from them since not without trying I might add DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT HAS LIT SOLAR IN THE NAME

Absolutely SCAM Don t fall for this website Advertising is everywhere facebook and YouTube but you will never receive the purchased item They don t respond your emails The phone number is disconnected I hope you guys pay for stealing our hard earned working money If you think stealing will make you rich you are wrong

Total Scam

Just like everyone else here I was scammed Ordered this item in mid-May with a promise of 8-12 days shipping Got two emails 5 28 2020 and 6 11 2020 both apologizing for delays and assuring me I would receive a tracking number for my order within 4 days Of course I never received any such thing Tried emailing through Contact Us on their web page but that link doesn t even work Avoid at all costs

My experience has not been a good one I

My experience has not been a good one I ordered one of their products on their website But they have yet to ship it even though they charged my credit card months ago sensitive past 30 days my bank won t even talk about refunding my money I get no response from their website when I try to email them they don t have a phone number where you can even contact them on the phone So don t waste your money cuz you just throwing it away yeah the covid-19 19 might be going on but they re just taking advantage of us now
