I got scammed like everyone else - Do not buy this JUNK

I bought case because they advertise that the headphones will work with the lightning port they do not They manipulate you into buying multiple cases with tricky deceptive wording on the website I tried to amend my order minutes after it was submitted and never received a response I have emailed 4 times and have had no response Phone number goes to voice mail Company is a total scam Don t waste your money like I did

Bought 2 cases with the deal they had My fault for not doing more research before purchase Both cases failed within 2 weeks Customer services is none existence Sent back cases but never heard back nor got any responses on numerous email queries This is a total scam

Bought a very expensive throw from this scam company it fell apart within days with material falling off cheap cotton wool like material They claim 24 7 email reply what a joke I hope they get the karma they deserve Avoid like the plague

LUXE MOBILE IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF SCAM FRAUD This company is a Scam Paid for the battery case more than a month ago Nothing delivered emails unanswered Refund requests ignored No phone contact they list s phone number but it s a recording providing email address LUXE MOBILE IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF SCAM FRAUD UPDATE I was contacted by The Luxe Team shortly after posting this review I received a conceliatory message offering both a Refund and A new battery case they also requested that I remove my post I want my refund I already purchased another battery case I don t need another I told them I want my refund as before they ignored this LUXE JUST DIGS THE HOLE DEEPER

I wish I would have read these reviews before buying instead of just believing the FAKE reviews they have on their website Just ask yourself how all other online review sites have 1 star for this company with many people wishing there were a zero stars option while the company website has ONLY 5 star review My device broke and they offered nothing except a 50 off coupon on buying another device why would I through more money to them for another POS battery case Lesson learned Search multiple different review sites before buying Will be notifying BBB credit card company etc Plus as many online review sites as I can find

FRAUD It has been almost a year since my father ordered a phone case He was charged but never received the item I have contacted LUX via email since they have no customer service with either no response or they send a tracking number that doesn t exist I would recommend to anyone else in the same situation to contact the Illinois BBB I filed a few complaints and have since been contacted by the Illinois Attorney General s office Maybe something will finally be resolved
