Really Good Customer Service

I ordered two sample tins of paint First delivery was left leaking all over my landing I mentioned to Littlegreene when I contacted them that 1 safety clip was inadequate in my opinion given that the tins were travelling a fair distance Second delivery arrived tins had again burst open and paint was leaking everywhere Now you may wonder why I gave them a 4 star rating It is because Customer Services emailed me back by return apologised at this happening for a second time offered a refund as a gesture of goodwill and asked if I would like sample pots sent out for a third time Now whilst my experiences were unfortunate at least this Company tried to diffuse the situation and make amends However I m not tempting fate with a third delivery now that the shops will be open soon I ll wait and collect the paint in person
