The lone team are brilliant and very helpful but the insurance team are very pushy even if you have insurance already and don t reply to msgs

The customer service level of the loan co uk team was really great Even when the lender required a few back and forth emails that frustrated me Lee was really good at helping out and reassuring me Got me a really good rate with practical advice

They do really try to get you a deal

Joe went above and beyond trying to get me my deal for my complex case We had given up and was trying elsewhere but eventually Joe got us sorted Hopefully won t have to use again but I would t hesitate if I needed too Thanks

Very helpful staff

Very helpful staff very personal customer service it s just like chatting to a friend Only negative is that it s hard to get through on the phone so have to email but these emails are picked up within 24 hours normally

Sharn was patient and very helpful but the process was lengthy complex and incredibly pedantic The advice given and emails were not very clear on what was required and seem to change over the application period If I had a choice I would have gone elsewhere

Ok experience

Overall a good experience GREG was absolutely amazing throughout initial remortgage journey However after offer was received it was passed to a case manager which turned out to be numerous females not one after all And for me the final safe guarding is just an up sell for add on products like insurance and critical care which I already had

Very good customer service Once you are in the system the operators are very attentive I think the app needs some attention as it wasn t always easy to upload documents etc Having said that working via email seemed to work reasonably swiftly

Great company and responsive service Solid product My only feedback is that the timelines given werent always able to be matched which led to some frustration and communication challenges

Very helpful

Sharn was so helpful and understanding guiding me through all the paperwork and answering any questions It was a lengthy process but once agreed the loan was completely very quickly Almost too quickly as I need to arrange things before needing the money
