Service was OK better than other finance companies I had dealt with but despite helping me with reviewing my finances I found better deal elsewhere they seem to definitely advertise unrealistic loans so hook a lot of people in with this information it seems

We thought that the process was going to be a lot easier Cost a lot of money and took about 7 weeks longer than promised

Service was great up until the point I was meant to receive the loan I was told the funds would be in my account within 48 hours A week later I have received nothing with very little response to my emails asking what it happening UPDATE Loan co uk promptly got in touch following my trust pilot review and the funds have now been transferred to my account

Polite and pleasant people Some of the processes need to be streamlined Far too much repetition and overly onerous on the client to provide the same documentation on more than one occasion Also seemed to be some disconnect between what the broker were asking for compared to the primary lender

On the whole we received a very good service from loans co uk and our secured loan was set up and in place a week after first getting in touch with them It has saved us a lot of money in interest payments every month and given us a lot of peace of mind and a better quality of life moving forward The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 was because of the after sales call I received which they said they have to do to make sure they are a responsible lender while I appreciate this is the case what I really didn t appreciate was this call was made by an employee who was extremely pushy and at times very condescending I felt I was already happy with the level of cover we had in place and have a good understanding of our finances and any assurances we had in place should the worst happen I felt when I explained this I was spoken to as if this wasn t the case and almost as if I was a bit of an idiot While I appreciate company s make a lot of money from commission selling these products I think a bit more compassion should be shown in what can be a stressful time for people and not a massive pushy overzealous sales tactic to be pushed onto you I would recommend this company to people just don t be bullied into buying some you don t want to buy or do your research for yourself On a more positive note the service received from Jodie Kim was very good and they both were very helpful and kind works during the process Thank youShaun Harrison
