Don t waste 50p as this service is no use whatsoever couldn t locate my android phone then came up with useless suggestions I cancelled within 1 hour of opening so should not get charged the 19 95 that others have warned about

Scam said they d charge 1 to locate phone - which they couldn t do as it wasn t registered with them Then they took a further 12 95 without my authorisation This was a apparently an annual fee which I d not authorised They ve said they ll refund it so I ll see how it goes

Why would any sane person want to pay a monthly charge of 20 to find their mobile which is a one off event Unless they plan to lose the phone on a regular basis in which case perhaps they should think of improving their security

Avoid at all costs failed to locate phone Samsung found it in 30seconds charge 0 50 then day after charge 29 95 for subscribing Customer service waiting for refund as close all details and it s within time limit so please avoid Try other methods first

FRAUD SCAM

Paid 50p for 24hr service I hadn t received verification email after two hours of waiting so couldn t locate phone in all that time I managed to get through to their customer services once After another hour of waiting called them many times kept going to answer machine So I got on the phone to my bank to block my card send a new one and refund the money locatemyphone does not work-fraudulent website

Scam-scum - Same experience as others except I paid then elected to not use the service as it wasn t going to deliver what I expected Just wrote it off as my own poor choice I just wrote asking for a VAT receipt and got this back Thank you for contacting us To request for this information you will need to contact the tax department directly gov uk c tact-the-dvla They can also be contacted via telephone on 0300 123 4 1 That is blatantly dodgy it has nothing whatsoever to do with the DVLA I ve used to prevent anyone here following link

damn it i wish i checked reviewed before i got conned into this i was frantically looking for my phone got desperate thought i cant go wrong with paying 50p and then it literally gives me nothing i ve immediatly cancelled the subscription so hoping i dont get charged the 20 that follows

Can only echo what others have written - its a scam I cancelled well within the trial period they still took the 19 95 and after 3 weeks have still not been refunded Latest email states it was refunded immediately and I have to contact my bank as they need to allocate the refund to my account - complete rubbish I m gutted that I have to leave at least a single star in my review they don t even deserve that
