I ordered a bouquet from England for some friends who were on holiday in murcia Spain I actually put the wrong phone number in the order but on the day of delivery I was contacted via email a number of times to let me know what stage the delivery was at and that they had tried to contact me via phone to inform me of a slight delay which was due to a road traffic accident I was even emailed a photo of the flowers to approve The bouquet arrived with my friends without any problems and they are beautiful I was nervous about the order getting to them with being in a different country to myself but this was a very efficient service and we are all delighted with the whole process and end product You made my friends cry with happiness on what should of been their wedding day Thank you
