Shoes are not waterproof as they claim to be in my experience The first time my son wore his new Loom shoes it was raining and he came home with his shoes and socks soaking wet just like any other running shoe

DO NOT BUY from this company I don t know if they actually send out the shoes but good luck trying to get your money back They charged us for 2 pairs when we only ordered one We ordered a size 13 they then added a size 6 to our order and changed us for them we emailed immediately no response for over a week and they said they were goin to send them out anyway and there would be no returns refunds Never got them and they will not give us back our money

Water seeps through the sides awful customer service and uncomfortable shoe

I don t understand why some people claim these shoes are waterproof Within 5 minutes of walking through grass my socks were soaked They performed worse than my not-supposed-to-be-waterproof-at-all running shoes I ve never had such wet feet from walking through grass with shoes on The shoe is also pretty uncomfortable no arch support and bunches up when you tie the laces The product is very low quality and the customer service is even worse I tried to get a refund because the water resistance was just not what was advertised at all So they made me make a video to prove the product was defective and then when I made one they said it it is not supposed to be 100 percent waterproof Don t buy this shoe

Do not buy these shoes They advertise them as being 100 waterproof I can guarantee you they are not I have had these shoes for only a month or so and every time I am out in rain or walk in wet area my feet are wet When they were first delivered they were delivered with glue and grease marks on them I kept them thinking it was only a aesthetic issue however they have not performed well at all for the main purpose I bought them To be waterproof If you are looking for waterproof shoes don t buy these there are much better comparable brands out there The company has refused to take responsibility or offer a solution so I recommend saving your time now

Scam

Loom Footwear is a scam I recieved a shoe that looked similar to the one on the listing but was not actually the same shoe at all Just a cheap knock off no branding to indicate who even made the shoe came in a plain white box with no branding the soles of the shoes don t match the ones as listed and if you look at all the shoes they sent to people for free reviews they have branding on them but the ones on the website doesn t Do not buy as you don t even know what shoe your actually buying

Order a pair of Loom shoes on 9 21 and then be told on 11 21 that I gave the wrong address now take it one step further tell the customer these will be returned to the sender and that you will not be receiving a refund Way to provide awful customer service

IF they do approve a return they have you send the sneakers back to China and you pay for this as well as a significant handling fee Sneaker sizing way off made for people with very skinny feet If you do not have skinny feet buy two-three sizes up Poor customer service a DO NOT BUY rating
