The absolute worst

The absolute worst I ordered a wrap dress that came defective they forgot to add loops or openings so the dress works I didn t go to wear this dress until after the refund exchange window closed so I wrote them an email asking them to exchange or repair it Their customer service responded with a rude and snarky reply that basically told me I was SOL I don t believe all of their sustainability BS and obviously their workers are incompetent I will be throwing this dress in the trash

The worst

The worst I never got my product When I contacted LA Apparel they told me that they weren t responsible for orders lost during shipment A few days later I contacted the shipper GLS who said they already closed the claim and my only path was to contact LA Apparel They wouldn t give me any other information I still haven t heard back from LA Apparel and I find it discouraging that THEY hired the crappy shipper GLS who I ve never even heard of and they get off scot-free Do not order from them You may as well go flush your hard-earned money down the toilet This is for order 803825

literal thieves

I did a size exchange for one of my items and they sent the size exchange and told me i had 14 days to return the original item back I returned the item 4 hours before the deadline and they charged me 40 for the exchange which is interesting because the item was 32 and they added on 8 for the return label as well which doesn t make sense because why would i be charged for a return label if i supposedly never returned the item according to them I called them twice and they told me they refunded me both times but the 40 charge never went away i had to file a credit card chargeback

Second time I returned something and got no proper refund The first I refunded I had to Wait half a year and only got my money back because of I had review I gave I m only giving this review so I can actually get my money back for my second order because for some reason they don t read or respond to my emails Maybe they do read it but just don t care enough

No responses to my complaint

I bought a black bra that didn t have any specific washing instructions It then completed dyed my white shirt whilst wearing it I contacted them various ways multiple times but no response to my issue I m now down a wearable bra and a white shirt All and all cost me nearly 175 pounds plus the waste of my time and effort Disappointing Feel like their strategy is to ignore ignore ignore

Did not refund me for my return

I placed an order for a sweater that not only was overpriced but had inaccurate sizing When the crap sweater arrived it smelled rancid and had tons of pilling Their S was akin to a 2XS I returned the sweater and never got a refund because they claimed I returned the wrong item I contacted customer support and to my dismay never got a response Do not purchase from this brand as everything is overpriced and mediocre quality

Absolute SCAM of a company

Absolute SCAM of a company BE WARNED NOW FOR ANY EXCHANGES If you exchange an item and are dissatisfied and want to return it they will refuse to refund your money back from the original order back to your original payment method They will claim that the exchange was bought with store credit even though there is no option to select store credit and will only provide store credit back They will deny all attempts to refund you back to your original payment method despite no mention of this in their return policy They are so desperate to get rid of stock that they will blatantly lie to your face about how their system works I will be performing a chargeback on them what a low tier company

Can not fix error on order

Sooooo apparently if you order something and there is an error even if you try to cancel immediately you can t refund You literally have to wait upon delivery and I find out many of the items are not eligible for refund on top of that it takes 2 weeks to get the items Never again stay away this place is cringe
