Love the brand Probably my favourite hoodies right now Got my order quickly and I m fully satisfied

This review is for Paul Rosales for stepping up in customer service I had a frustrating experience purchasing online where my item was cxld by Jen at Los Angles apparel hours after i ordered with no explanation or effort to possibly change a color or size Jen in the shipping department was dismissive and lacked any basic qualities of retail and customer service knowledge She made me feel like my purchase money didn t matter After that lack of concern I canceled my entire order because i was frustrated with her and then decided that Jen needs to be taught how to properly address company order issues so that others don t experience this lack of enthusiasm for her job So when i called Paul answered and took the time to listen to why i was frustrated and why i thought my experience could have been better It wasn t his department nor his responsibility as he is in wholesale Regardless Paul saved this transaction and experience for me Jen in the shipping department needs on going training if the company wants her to send emails to customers Thank You Paul for solving an issue that wasn t yours quickly

My package was marked as delivered but I didn t receive it They filed a claim on my behalf and sent a brand new order with fast delivery service

Delivery to the Netherlands took a while 10 days while online about 2 days was promised Otherwise I had an absolutely perfect experience This is my new go-to brand for beautiful quality pieces Most pieces looked exactly as advertised I was only a bit disappointed with the washing of a pair of shorts which looked badly stone washed Returns are incredibly easy though and customer service is easy to reach Also returns refunds are free I wasn t able to find this on their website before ordering

Had to leave my experience first time writing a review ever for Axel at LAA he s at Germany UK or says so in his e-sig because this is maybe the fastest customer service response speed I ve ever hadSent an e-mail last night at 1145pm about the secret hoodie sale response came within a day at 12-ish pm on a Sat that it apparently only worked for the US site Responded w still being keen on getting the hoods anyway Got another e-mail did NOT expect a response after that LESS than 1m after ab the sales code is going live on the EU site too within the hour Unsure if they woulda done the promo today he said sometime soon did not expect that soon but I feel special lol I back 5 stars so farObvi loved AA am v excited to see the new materials etc when I get it will maybe leave another review for the LAA garments when
