We contacted love for sleep nearly 3 years after our original purchase as we had moved house and lost some fixings to convert the cot bed back to cot for our second child The team responded within a few hours and within a few days we had a new complete set of all the fixings we needed Most grateful and what exceptional customer service would highly recommend and will definitely use again
